What are the current programs being offered on an MDX Advanced? I'm looking at 36/12, and I'm seeing conflicting information on the MF and residual values.

So I've talked to a couple of dealers and this is the best I've been able to do so far...AcuraWatch & Tech packages, 36/15 lease:

1st Payment w/ tax: 576.47 + registration + $50 tax on rebate due at signing. Residual and MF are the standard (56% and 0.0002). I'm in Iowa but the dealer is in Kansas City, KS.

If you're comfortable with the selling price, not much more you can do to improve the deal.

Go for the AWD tech with watch MF will be less and you will pay maybe $25 more a month or less.
somone posted other day awd-tech for $499. Watch does not ad much to msrp ,
Unless you use cruise control a lot, I don't think its worth it.

I get the same payment.

However, we don't recommend using your trade equity as a down payment - if the car is stolen or totaled, you lose that money.

Have the dealer cut you a check for that equity and use it to supplement the (now) higher payment (will be $583/mo).

I noticed a few posts back about a .0001 drop in money factor on a sign and drive. Is that on any trim? im not sure my dealer is aware if so and trying to get them on the same page. Can you confirm the language there? Thank you!

On a base MDX, the lease program is: AP-D42
The zero due at signing lease program is AP-D42Z

But, that doesn't necessarily mean you'll save money. The -Z- program requires the dealer to cover the initial payment, so they may not offer you the same selling price as under the normal program.

It's more of a marketing tool, to say, "Zero due at signing".

Msrp 58k, sell price 56k, 0 at drive off, 9% tax, 12/36 for 635.  I don't particularly care about my trade in, since it is a pilot I am turning in anyway.  Excluding that trade in are those good numbers?

If the sell price were the cap cost, I get $639/mo.+tax

This model has $1000 competitor conquest cash, so it seems you might do a little better on selling price.

However, you obviously have some equity in that Pilot, so that is bringing your payment down. With zero drive off, that looks pretty good, but you may have room to come down... hard to know without knowing the fees and trade equity.

I get $450/mo plus tax. Find out what the net cap cost is - if higher than the selling price, find out what's been added.
