Call AFS and get a payoff value, then head over to the "real world trade in values" discussion to get an honest appraisal of the value.

Thanks for checking the numbers. I didn't think I could get close to $500/month (with $0 capitalized cost reduction from me) for this trim when I started a few days ago but here we are. Two dealerships in particular have almost been falling over themselves trying to sell.

This looks like a great deal. You aren't by chance in Northern California are you? I'm looking to pull the trigger today if I can land something like that.

Yes, but there is a .00010 discount if you do $0 due at signing and roll everything into the cap cost. As you mentioned $0 out of pocket, that's what I assumed.

2% for the extra 3 months seems steep, doesn't seem to make sense to do 39 months. I mean there is 2% difference for 9k miles on a 36/12 vs 36/15 and they are dropping 2% for a 3750 mile difference here.

Please reply with current lease particulars for 36mo. 2016 MDX base with 15k miles, I see some incentives discussed here but don't see any listed under Acura lease incentives.
I leased a MDX base on Dec, 19 under the conquest promotion but dealer now wants me to come in and sign a new contract due some errors.
My lease, to my understanding was, $410 a month plus 3 per cent NC tax with 3k down, money factor was .0060. Just checking up on the dealer, never had this happen before.

I signed tonight on a AWD Tech $513 with $1080 drive off's they gave me $1000 for the loyalty.
Even got a corp lease at the .0020 MF which really surprised me. My pilot they added a extra 1% for corp lease.

Hello Mods - Can someone provide a lease estimate on a AWD tech, 36/15, MSRP $50210, negotiated price $47100 (includes $1000 incentives), $0 down, 6.5% tax rate? I was quoted around $608 in December but the net cap cost was around $48,300 and that included roughly $1300 in trade equity. I'd most likely take the trade equity as cash in hand vs. putting towards lease. Thanks in advance!

That's one way to approach it. Can also get a lower transaction price as well.

They are offering a total purchase price of $47,000 with a net capitalized cost of $47,848.96.

It is a sign and drive special, MF is 0.0001, residual is 58% and the total payment including tax will be $577 for 35 months.

Do these payments add up? Is this a good deal?

Any help will be much appreciated.

With that MSRP and CAP cost, and those lease variables, the payment is $506/mo.+tax. That still leaves you about $40/mo. short.

I wonder about your MSRP. Haven't seen to many MSRPs that include pennies. You need the MSRP off the government window sticker. Accessories don't count. A lower actual MSRP would lower the residual, and might bring that payment in-line.

Yeah.. that makes the payment $25/mo. higher, more or less.. pretty close. I didn't amortize the 1st payment.. Not sure exactly how the sign and drive lease works.. If we do that, we are right there.

But here on this forum we always talk that lease payments are based on negotiated price. Am I just in the wrong area (pacific Northwest not a lot of dealers) or this is correct?

But here on this forum we always talk that lease payments are based on negotiated price. Am I just in the wrong area (pacific Northwest not a lot of dealers) or this is correct?

Actually, both are true. There are often different incentives for purchase vs. lease. You are correct in that you want to negotiate your best price regardless, THEN subtract out any available incentives.

Lack of competition will always hurt the customer. Have you considered widening your search area? If you save enough money, it could pay for the travel.

I was able to get that exact car awd tech (50,210) with only drive off's down $1080

I'm in Iowa and looking at an AWD w/Tech & AcuraWatch Plus (MSRP 51430) down to $46,930 for the selling price but there were about $1300 in fees on top of that...
