That's on a 15K per year lease?  Damn!  I wish I didn't drive so many miles.  You got over $7K off the sticker price, base money factor, & are paying $471 per month for a $50K Infiniti.  Good job.  Just as a point of reference, you are paying $65 per month more than I pay for my $25K 2015 Subaru Legacy which I financed.  Enjoy your car!  I love the way those Q50 Sports look!

$349/mo for a car that stickers at over $41K is a good deal, especially with so little money due at signing.

    Enjoy your new Q!

My numbers are within .01 of yours ... only way to improve it is to negotiate a lower cap cost.

What is the mileage allowance? Does Q50S mean Sport?

Base MF is .00030 for top tier credit.
$689 is a monster doc fee, for basically nothing.
Dealer might be paying the tax, but it is getting added to your CAP cost, you can be sure of that.

Look at the post above yours..... you can see a big difference in price.

I was offered a lease deal for 2015 Q50 base trim, 39 months, 10k mi/yr, $311.78/month, down payment $673.35 (includes 1st month payment, doc fee, title, lic, Insp fee). I am wondering if this is a good deal or if there is room for negotiation? Location is Texas.

    Here is the breakdown:

    MSRP: $39,895
    Sale price: $33,000
Trade value: $30,431.70 (they state this trade value to lower tax)
    Taxes: $237.61
    Key repl. plan: $295
    Doc fee: $146.77
    Title, Lic, Insp Fee: $190.25
    Lease acq fee: $700
    Trade payoff: $30,431.70
    Total: $4,137.93
Down payment: $673.35 (incl. 1st month payment, doc fee, title, lic, Insp fee)
    Balance: $34,765.03

I'm about to hand back my 2014 Q50 at end of lease next month in Houston Texas area and have been shopping around. I have been offered (over email so no specific numbers) a new 39/10 lease on 2015 Q50 base for $299, same as your quote, fees and first payment only up front ($675 or so).

My 2014 will be used to lower the tax, that plus a "customer loyalty" bonus gets the payment down so low.

I'm looking for a change and promised the wife I'd get something around $250/mth but I'm not finding that easy with zero/nothing much down.

2016 QX50 (with lower MSRP) was quoted at $350/mth, infiniti guy tells me since they are new design, he cannot lower the sales price on them as much as Q50.

    That is correct.
So you're saying when they do, my MF will correct itself?
And . . . can someone please tell me if my deal looks ok or do i need to walk?

I don't know what the dealership will do once the credit is run. They are allowed to mark up the MF for more profit. You can choose to walk and work with a different dealer.

Looks like a decent discount from sticker .. but, read back through the last few pages of this discussion to see what others have been able to negotiate.

If the $400 includes tax, then I would say yes.

Currently have an Acura TSX and Volvo S60 in the household, if that helps with conquest/loyalty rebates. Looking for 36-39 month, 10,000 mile residuals, money factor and lease cash for these cars.

Hi Michaell, are there new lease numbers for November from Infiniti?

I'm still considering base model for both 2015 Q50 & 2016 QX50 in Houston Texas.

39/10 is what I was quoted from local dealer in Oct.

apparently terms have improved to the tune of $30 monthly on a 39/10 for base model in texas from last week, no specifics from the local dealer here yet in terms of MF or RV but they are getting very low on Q50 leases.

I have an emailed offer of base 2015 Q50 at MSRP of $39K on a 39/10 for 39 x $269 with only first payment due at signing. will report back later on how things work out.

WOW!  best of luck.  That would be amazing!  I hate that I have champagne taste and got the Sport, but man do I love it more than the Prem/Base.

I've never driven the sport, whats the big difference for you? I figure same engine and flat boring SE texas roads = no big deal if the handling is not quite so hot.

Unfortunately I'm on a bit of a restricted budget these days. If this one comes off, my last three infinti leases will be trending is the right direction big time

    2012 - G37 $369/mth
    2013 - Q50 $345/mth
    2015 - Q50 $269/mth

sweet.  As for the sport, aesthetics count. Front Facia changed the look from a rental to a Sports/aggressive looking car.  The interior is so much better in the sport to me. The paddle shifters are fun to use, as I am an aggressive driver and like to control my car, rather than the reverse.   The tires are so much better looking and 19" is more aggressive and muscular looking (hate the rental look).

I live in NY, Long Island and drive to mountains, twistes, beautiful road trips everywhere NE/SE, so much better handling.   The #1 Reason, outside of asthetics, are the bigger brakes and stopping power. This is a critical safety option that I would always want. Big difference between the base and sport, just in that alone.

Try it if budget and pleasure allows.

No changes to the numbers for November that I've seen.

is that still the case? based on the october numbers I'm getting a sales price of just over $30,500 on a 39/10 monthly of $269.

Ok so they bumped the residual up 3% to sweeten the deal.

They did the same on my current Q50 lease two tears ago, 24/10 with a crazy 77% residual. works for me!

leasing a 2015 infiniti q50 premium with navi package, spare tire package and 60/40 split (MSRP: $43,395)

    negotiated offer:
    39 month lease
    $370 (includes CA taxes already)
$2000 drive off (fees, first month, etc...)
    10k a year mileage

I'm also returning my 2013 infiniti fx 37 which i'm over 20K miles and they will cover the excess mileage cost which is about $5K lol

i have 4 payments left into my lease and those remaining payments are included to the total cost of the lease

    is this a good deal???

purchase price from the docs they provided shows $35,550 so almost $8k less the sticker

    thoughts???????

If you are 20K over on your lease miles, then why would you only take a 10K per year lease?

So I get to swap over my Q50s this afternoon. New lease is 2015 Q50:

    MSRP - 39995
    PRICE - 32200
    TERM - 39/10
    RESIDUAL - 59%
    MONEY FACTOR - 0.0003

Tax is minimal as returning $29K residual value car to them, not fully sure how that works....

39 payments of $268.64, nothing more!

    .00030 and 54% for 39/10 on Q50 Premium (I assume RWD).

Assuming 9% tax, those numbers get me $358/mo .. I suspect some of your mileage charges or remaining lease payments are finding their way into your new deal.

    But, not much of it.

As the other poster noted, why get 10K miles per year when you are so far over your mileage allotment on your existing lease?
