2015 Infiniti Q50 Lease Questions

Hello,
I am looking for 2015 QX50 Journey AWD with min prem package. I am usually looking for 36 month deal but what I am seeing a lot (and most) is 39mo. So my question is... what is the MF and RV for 36/39mo with 10K?
And are there any incentives like lease cash or etc?

Hey guys! Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. My brother wants to lease a 2015 Q50 Premium that is a demo with about 4000 miles on it. He wants to roll in the approx $3200 in TTand L, and $2194 cost of getting 20,000 miles allowed per year and walk out paying nothing down. Dealer is stating MSRP is 43000, sale price would be 37500, and residual would be 22500. His payment would be $594.00 per month, 39 months, nothing down. Is this a good deal!!?Thanks so much in advance!!!

The 39/15 numbers are .00032 for RWD and .00018 for AWD. Residual is 52% for both.

If the selling price is $37,500, then add $3200 for TT&L and $2194 for the extra miles, the net cap cost becomes $42,894.

Using that number and the $43,000 MSRP, I get a payment of $538/mo for AWD and $547/mo for RWD.

Looks like the dealer is marking up the MF, or the cap cost is higher than what I calculated.

I live in CT. The $ 1010 included my first months payment.  I feel I got a great deal, what are your thoughts?

Thanks!  By using this forum I was able to walk into the dealership and tell them what I wanted to pay!  I was in and out in an hour. Picking the car up tomorrow!!

Looking to get a q50 premium with navi. I went yesterday to the dealership they offered me a monthly payment of 320.00/39 12k miles. RV of 56% and I think I owe 28k at end of lease if I want to purchase it. I also have to put 5500.00 as a down payment. Which supposedly includes all taxes and doc fees. Does this seem like a bad deal? I wasn't looking forward to putting that much down. I live in cook county or as many call it crook county in illinois.

I would ask for the following information:

1. MSRP
2. Net cap cost (selling price + fees and taxes)
3. Breakdown of the $5500 due at signing

we do not recommend making a down payment on a lease; if the car is stolen or totaled, you lose that money.

Just signed lease agreement for 2015 Q50 Premium ( no nav ), liquid platinum with black interior. MSRP is $42,705. 39 mo/ 10/k. Upfront cost of $2444 includes NYS taxes, $700 acquisition, first payment, wheel locks and MV and documentation fees. After rebates and $1000 loyalty fee ( handing in Q 37 ), payment is $319/month. Salesman did not tell me what the rebates were but I thought the price was fair so did not even ask.

Cap Cost 37,700
Residual 55%/23,820
Taxes 8.75%- $1,287
Fees- $1,100
Rate- .180 (I assume MF would be .0018?)
Total Drive off- $2,677
Monthly payment- $358/39 months
Salesman says there is about $1k in lease cash being applied

I think there is some negotiating room in the deal. I am not sure whether to tell them to waive the bank fees, or drop the cap cost further. I think $340 a month would be a nice little deal. Thoughts?

Hmm, I'm nowhere near that payment. Using your numbers (and yes, the MF is .00018), I get $464/mo.

EDIT - sorry, I was using the wrong MF ... I, too get $365/mo

The money factor should be .00018.

They can't "waive" the bank fees, because that goes to the bank.

At that MSRP and CAP cost, I get $365/mo.

I would get a breakdown of your $2677 and make sure there isn't any padding in there. If that's okay, the calculations look good.

I don't know why it's lower, it just is..

Given the higher price of the AWD model, I doubt it's any cheaper to lease. In most areas of the country, they only stock one or the other, anyway.

.00018 and 52%. Negotiate your best price just like you were to purchase - the pricing tools at the top of the page (make / model / year) should help you get started.

Can also read back through the last few pages of this discussion to see what others have negotiated.
