honestly I have to thank the moderators and the users of this forum for keeping this thread active with relevant information. Glad I knew what the MF needed to be and the residual for august. of course vpp, loyalty helped, not to mention the current incentive for no tax. friend is buying a QX60, apparently tax incentive is only for their cars, not their SUVs.

Yes, 39 months seems to be the best residuals; add only 1% to the above for 36 months.

I get the same payment. If you're comfortable with the selling price, no reason not to to the deal.

24 month programs exist, but they aren't as good as the 36/39 month numbers.

24/15 for base AWD - .00018 and 57%

By comparison, 36/15 residual is 54% and 39/15 residual is 53%

I working out a deal for a q50 lease. MSRP $ 45186 selling price $ 38311. Car is AWD, premium. Lease 39/12. I have tier 1 credit. If I put down $ 1000 what should my monthly payment be? I live in CT. Dealer is telling me $ 1000 down $ 390 a month. Does this look good?

Whee in CT are you located? If you are in the southern part of the state, don't forget we do have a few dealers to choose from.

.00018 and 54% for 39/12. Using your MSRP and selling price (and assuming 6.25% sales tax rate) I get a payment of $390.97/mo

So, looks pretty good.

However, I have seen posts from folks living there that some dealers (mainly from luxury makes like Infiniti or BMW) will grant a tax credit to minimize the pain of leasing.
