looks like they are using a MF of .00094 or .00095 instead of .00032. I'm calculating $505 with the correct MF.

the $522 is the 1.2% tax the dealer is charging and calling it the lenders/members fee.

They don't want to provide the MF as I suspect it's marked up. Using the base MF of .00032, I get a payment of $465/mo before tax. If I add the tax and fees in, the payment goes to $505/mo

Tell them, politely but firmly, that you won't sign a deal with a marked up MF. Then reach out to another Infiniti dealer.

I currently have a 2013 G37 lease that expires on September 5th. I am currently trying to make a deal on a new Q50 but I don't want to take delivery of the car until expiration on September 5th. If I agree to a deal on this car in August with the current MF and residual but then the September lease rates come out and are better, can I apply those rates to the vehicle I would be picking up in September? It would be a little bit of an insurance policy by locking in this months rate while still being able to see what next month has to offer.

Also, is anyone aware if Infiniti is offering any type of loyalty program to current lessees?

Current numbers expire on August 31st. If you want to lock those in, you'll have to sign and commit on August 31st. You can't start the lease any later than that.

In other words, you can't lock in this month, and then change to next month... .and, you can't lock in this month and delay lease start until September 5th.

I just wanted to share the deal that I got a couple of weeks ago in hopes of helping others negotiate a good deal for themselves. Thanks to michaell and kyfdx for all their info on the boards and thanks to siuside for his help specific to the DFW area and sharing his experiences. I am happy with the deal. 2015 q50s, rwd, tech, touring, nav, ilum kick plates, spare tire /cargo, splash guards. This was in Dallas , TX.

Selling price 44,460

I added the tire, wheel, dent and windshield protection which was $1500 (extended to 5 years should I decide to buy the car). Also Infiniti was offering an additional tax incentive on the Q50 where they pay 5% of the taxes due (nice for Texas) this 5% incentive saved me an additional $2200 of the what the cap cost would have been. I only had to pay the remaining 1.25% tax which was rolled into the cap cost. So after all the usual doc, acquisition fee, protection package and 1.25% tax. Cap cost was $47463.00, MF .00032, 55% Residual (29,315). 39 months/10k a year. Full Payment is 489.00, 0 down, only first month due at signing. I was at 450.00 before I added the protection package, I felt it was worth the piece of mind as I scuffed the rims on my last car a few times

I only had to pay the remaining 1.25% tax which was rolled into the cap cost. So after all the usual doc, acquisition fee, protection package and 1.25% tax. Cap cost was $47463.00, MF .00032, 55% Residual (29,315). 39 months/10k a year. Full Payment is 489.00, 0 down, only first month due at signing. I was at 450.00 before I added the protection package, I felt it was worth the piece of mind as I scuffed the rims on my last car a few times

Can someone tell me the acquisition fee this month for a q50. I'm in Minneapolis. Dealer is telling me it is $700. This is on a 39/12 lease.

$700 is correct.
