Ordered a 2016 SQ5 Prestige with the following details. I still think I can get this down to $798 a month. What do you think?

MSRP $62,800
Negotiated $57,147.99
Monthly = $839.46 (8.375% tax included)
Down / At Sign payment = $1,086.91
Miles = 10,000

7,500 Miles = $821.61 / At Sign- $1,069.06

36/10 for the 2016 SQ5 Prestige - .00155 and 58%

With your MSRP and negotiated price, I get $781 with tax. For 7500 miles, the payment with tax drops to $763.

I would confirm the net cap cost as well as the MF - dealer may be adding to one or both to increase the payment.

Either the MF or the net cap cost are higher than what is disclosed.

Dealer says he won't have any numbers until the car hits port at end of the month. I negotiated for the purchase at invoice with free Audi care and window tint. Anything you can provide based on the limited info?

Looking for 36 or 42 month lease with 12k or 15k mileage. Is that enough info to provide residual value and/or MF?

Question: I am interested in a one-pay lease (36 mos/12k miles/yr) on a 2016 Audi Q5 Premium Plus with Technology Pkg and 19" wheels. MSRP is $48,850. Expect to get a discount of 6% or more from MSRP. What is residual value and Money Factor for August? I believe I should also get a discounted MF because I am doing a one-pay lease. I should qualify for lowest available MF due to good credit, etc. Thanks for any info you can provide.

2.0T? .00193 MF and 57% residual for 36mo, 12K/yr
One-pay discount is .00100 on 36 month leases, so that will drop the MF to .00093.

So, if your payment is $635, your MSD amount would be $650 each.

Just got an email from my dealer an he says he doesn't have the numbers yet but that he expects the residual value to be 62% on a 36/15 lease and does not know the MF. Are dealerships able to change the residual % or is that a set number from
Audi? What about the MF? Just wondering how I can make sure to get the numbers you provided once car arrives.

No telling what the numbers will be in September or October. Seems doubtful residuals will get better, though.

MF stays the same. Residual increases by 1% if AudiCare is purchased.

The only variables in a lease are the selling price and MF - you should get the base MF, and the selling price is a factor of your negotiation skills. Generally, 4-6% off sticker is pretty good for Audi.

Same MF but subtract 4% from the residual for the Prestige trim.

Yes, adding AudiCare adds 1% to the residual.

2016 Audi Q5 2.0T Premium Plus quattro AWD with Technology Package and Sport Interior Package, MSRP = 50135.

I negotiated price to 47000K out the door or 569 per month (including taxes and titles) for 36 months and 10K miles.

Is it better deal or should i negotiate more..

Hi, first time on this site. Planning to lease a 2015/2016 Audi Q5. First Audi. I live in Philly. I currently have a VW leased from a NJ dealer (Cherry Hill), which also sells Audis. A few questions:

(1) Is there a benefit to going back to the same dealer? E.g., dealer claims he'll waive disposition fee. He also claims he'll pay my last month payment on the VW from a special fund. (The latter sounds like a lie.) Are both true? Also, will dealership be nicer in the return of the VW by not charging for minor wear and tear?

(2) He quoted me .00126 and 57% for the 2015 Q5 2.0 Premium Plus. MSRP $47,676 but selling for $45,987.87. Are these good deals? Are the MF and RV negotiable? (My understanding is that the MF is not negotiable unless it's inflated by dealer.)

(3) Is it better to lease the 2016 from a value perspective? Is the MF and RV same compared to 2015?

1) I doubt VW will waive those fees, especially if you are leasing an Audi, but the dealer may cover them. Either way (him or someone else), that comes out of your pocket, even if it's not directly, unless you lease another VW. If the dealer is the one doing the inspection, then it's possible they'll pass your car on any minor charges.

2) Base MF is .00086, so marking that up substantially. The only way to get to 57%, is on a Premium, not Premium Plus for 36mo, 10K/yr. No way to do that on a Premium Plus. Residuals are set by the bank, and not alterable by the dealer. He might be mixing up his MF and residual quotes between 2015 and 2016.

3) Residuals are better on the 2016, but money factors are a lot higher.. 2015 should be cheaper to lease.

You need two numbers... the MSRP and the selling price (or CAP cost).
If you didn't negotiate a price when ordering, you are at the mercy of the dealer.

Just got the call that my Q5 TDI is in.

They are telling me $722 a month for 36 month and 15k lease. Does that sound right?

its a 2016 Q5 TDI Premium Plus with S-line plus and tech package. I am located in Denver, CO.

Without knowing the MSRP or the selling price (or, better yet, the net cap cost), I can't tell you if that payment is good, bad or ugly.

Sorry 1st time leasing, thanks for your patience. price is $51,925 not sure of the cap cost but hopefully your earlier residual value of 59% with AudiCare that you gave can determine that. Please let me know if you need any other info.

You need two numbers... the MSRP and the selling price (or CAP cost). If you didn't negotiate a price when ordering, you are at the mercy of the dealer.

MSRP was $56,350
Selling price was negotiated before order at invoice price which ended up being $52,982

So what is the $51,925 number?

If I use the $52,982 as the cap cost, I get $707/mo + tax. My tax rate in Castle Rock is 7.9%; that gives me a total payment of $763/mo.
