What is the RV and MF for a 2016 SQ5 Premium Plus with Tech and Luxury Pkg in NC (12k/36m)? Dealer offered something rediculus (.0026).
Also is 6% plus $750 off MSRP a good deal or should I push further?
Thank you!
.00138 and 59% for 36/12. Yes, MF is marked up way too much.
Good discount for a limited edition vehicle at the beginning of the model year.
New dealer, new quote:
SQ5 premium plus: 36/10 lease; MSRP was $62,395 , purchase price $58,347 (Audi suppliers program and BMW driver); adjusted capital costs $58,715.97. MF applied is .00159 and RV 61% with Audi care.
The dealer calculated a payment of $799 (NC tax included). I think that there's some wiggle room to get the deal lower (I calculated a payment in the low $700s) but want to get some input first.

Also they came finally down to .00138 it will be a 36/12k lease.
I think that I will push for $759 and have them throw in some tints and floor mats and we are good to go.

.00146 MF and 52% residual for 39/15.
At those numbers, I get $587/mo. +tax.
Looks like trading in that lease early is adding a large amount to your deal. $3367 upfront should be enough to cover tax, acq.fee, 1st payment and state fees... Looks like another $6000 in your deal, on top of all that.

$565 per month including 8.875% NYC Sales Tax 39 months - 7500 miles per year Sticker price was just about $50K Selling Price was $44,500 then she got a $500 rebate .00126

@Michaell - it is a good friend of my wife's. She had an expiring lease on a Tiguan. She texted me a few weeks ago and told me she was interested in a Q3. I told her to go and test drive it and let me know a Week before she is ready. She calls me from the dealership & asks me: "is $575 per month a good deal?" I told her I don't know this stuff off the top of my head. I'm driving home from work (after I just found out somebody whacked into the Legacy) and I'll look it up when I get home. I told her to tell the guy you'll call him back.
So I stop at a Dunkin Donuts, grab some coffee (ok and a doughnut too), and jump on the forums here. Money factor checks out. Residual is set by the bank. Looks like it is an invoice or slightly below invoice deal. "Congratulations Ana! You now own an Audi!"

I'm working with a dealer on an Audi Q5 for lease in SF Bay area. Can you please opine on this offer:
Q5 3.0 Premium Pkg Plus MSRP $51,250 Zero Drive Off (first payment, license, taxes, etc. wrapped into the lease) Cap Cost $46,458 MF .00160 Residual $29,939 Monthly payment $600 Monthly sales tax $54 12K / 36 mo lease

How do the Audi incentives (Audi Financial Services member and Winter of Audi) work on a lease? Bringing down the cap costs?
In leasing, what is subject to negotiations? 1. Document fee 2. Advance payment (i.e., gap insurance?)

Q5 3.0T - I confirm the 58% residual and .00160 MF. With your numbers (and assuming 9% sales tax) I get a payment of $640/mo
Q5 2.0T - The .00126 is the MF for lease terms up to 36 months; anything longer and the MF is .00146. Could be a typo on the dealer docs. Using your numbers, I get $615/mo with sales tax included.
The only two variables in a lease are the MF (but you are getting the base rate, so nothing to negotiate) and the selling price.
Doc fee is capped at $80 in CA (I paid $500 on my last car here in CO). Gap insurance is already included.

Willing to pay $500 per month.
36/12k
Is this remotely possible with 0 down/up front?
All taxes, fees, etc would be rolled up into the monthly of $500.

In leasing, what is subject to negotiations?
1. Document fee
2. Advance payment (i.e., gap insurance?)
thx!
