Thanks. Thats true, fortunately for me there are a couple of colors I really like and would not mind.

The current money factor of 0.0015 seems like the best its been in a while, and while the residual has been better than 64% it is still pretty good. Would just hate to wait and have the numbers for the base model be similar to the current numbers for the premium and limited, and at the same time would hate to get it now and see the residuals and/or money factor improve. Reminds me of locking mortgage rates...

Manual transmission - 62% and .00150
CVT transmission - 61% and .00130

Negative equity is added into the cap cost when calculating the lease payment.

60% and .00150 for 36 months, 15,000 miles per year.

Subaru Motors Finance determines the MF and residual. Dealer can mark up the MF for extra profit, but cannot alter the residual.

The current Subaru numbers are valid through 11/2/15.

The "true" MF is the one I quoted - when you get the prices from the dealer, run the numbers with the base MF to see if your calculated payment matches the dealer quote. If it doesn't, it's possible the MF is marked up.

Politely but firmly tell the dealer you won't sign a deal with an inflated MF. And, reach out to multiple Subaru dealers - it only takes one to make a deal on your terms.

We only have the SMF numbers. Dealers are allowed to mark up the MF by as much as .00050.
