Is the MF you post here the MF from Subaru Financial? What do they consider top tier credit to qualify for the MF?

Also what is the typically discount % the car is negotiated for off the MSRP?

I'm going for a no-money down lease - inclusive of DMV and dealer fees.

Is tax added to the monhtly payment at 7% for the monthly payment?

Can't help you on selling price.
In NJ, they tax the sum of payments (downpayments, plus monthly payments), and collect it upfront. Of course, that amount can be rolled into the CAP cost, so that you don't have to pay it upfront.

Thanks for the information.

Do these values fluctuate monthly or are they pretty stable? Also, does it vary by location?

Do dealers mark up the MF? What else is marked up in assessing the monthly payment other than price of the vehicle.

Based on these figures - the close to equivalent APR (using the 2400 multiplier) is between 4.44-4.8% is that typical for this type of car (enthusiasts - affordable sports cars?)

Back to the sales tax questions, I'm aware the lease payment can be broken down into two parts(correct me if this is not the case): Finance charge and the depreciation charge - is the tax applicable only to the depreciation portion or to both parts?

Also, I'm interested in knowing what the lease return process is like - I understand that the leasing company (Chase?) includes an $1000 allowance for wear and tear items upon lease return - I got the figure from many forums - is this still current? How picky is Subaru Finanicial in burning through allowance? What is their definition of wear and tear? I appreciate any one sharing their experience whether good or bad. Please let me know if there is a more appropriate forum for this of question.

Will the 2017 version be coming out soon and will it be drastically different? - I know this may not be most relevant forum to ask this question - would appreciate a redirect if that is the case.

On another note- do you work for subaru financial? Or are you a leasing expert?

A new program comes out monthly, but the numbers don't always change
The program is nationwide for dealers that use SMF
Dealers can mark up the rate by .00050, for extra profit.
With any car deal, avoid extras in the F&I office.
Money factors are typically high, for this model. (but, so are the residuals)
I'm fairly certain that NJ taxes the full payment, plus any amounts paid upfront.
I've only had one Subaru lease. No lease end charges.

I don't agree with the numbers ... 36/10 residual is 70%, or $23,531.

What is the breakdown of the $3250 due at signing? If I assume the $32,810 is the cap cost, I get $397/mo with tax included.

 I too am in Colorado, and I know that they sell Subarus cheaper than pretty much anybody west of the Mississippi. But, they can't change the window sticker price that is set by the manufacturer.

Any advertised deal is just ok. We don't recommend any cap reduction on a lease, and you often can negotiate a better selling price.

If those items are dealer-added, I'm not sure they can be residualized, at all. If they can, we don't have the numbers.

But, if they are port-installed, and listed on the Monroney sticker, then they are fully residualized, just like the rest of the vehicle.
