36/12 numbers are .00130 and 62% for all three trims. $2000 buildout cash this month.

Add 1% for 10K

I know there is $2000 buildout cash for the 2015 models they are trying to move, but is that cash available for 2016 as well? I am trying to decide whether to lease a 2015 or order a 2016 that has the exact configuration I want. Thank you.

2016: .00134 and 60%. $1000 option credit.

Thank you. In your opinion, what do you think of this deal.. Mind you I wasn't even considering a 5 series. I was looking at a 4 but the sales guy said that the 5's lease much better and that it is the most comparable to my current car. I glanced at the sticker very quickly...roughly $57k. 2016 528 xDrive. We didn't even speak in depth about the actual prices but this is what he left me off with.

Without knowing the MSRP and selling prices, it's hard to fully evaluate the deal.

Hello. I am about to close a deal on a 2016 5 Series. Trying to decide whether to wait until November and see if the numbers get better. The dealer says they don't care whether I buy the car in October or November. I am in no particular hurry, although there is always a chance the car could be sold this weekend. Any suggestions or predictions as to what could happen in November?

You may want to wait until next month ... and, there will be lots of 2016's available.

My math works out the same as yours ... yes, the .00085 MF assumes 7 MSDs.

Only way to improve on this is to get a lower selling price.

Looking specifically for 2016 535i residuals @ 15k, and the latest MF. I assume 36-months is still the sweet spot? Maybe they are planning a 39-month surprise like last year.

Hoping BMW is planning on making a push for #1 at the end of the year with some really attractive holiday numbers...

Confirm 60% for 36/10. I don't believe BMW offers 7500 miles per year leases.

$4365 = 1st Month $625, Cap Reduction $2,079.56, Tax & Tire $31.83, Doc $369, Reg/Title Fees $334.50 & Acquisition fee $334.50.

MSRP $63,495 - Gross Cap Cost - Agreed Sale value $56,724.71 + $399 Wear & Tear = $57,123.71 + tax & title = $58,477.45

The cap reduction is at risk if you total the car or its stolen. 

Knowing the the cap cost allows us to determine if the MF is marked up or not.
