Thank you, the original dealer came down to $1000 per month, but I decided called another local dealer, I gave them my X5 build and that I wanted .00135 for the MF, this new dealer quoted me a price of $970 per month for the same deal(36months-12,000miles-$0 down) with 6% off MSRP plus the $1000 loyalty instead of the 5.5%.

Yes, the $970 includes tax and all other fees(tags and processing) included in the monthly payment, salesman stated all I would need is the first month lease payment the day I pickup the X5, but you never know once they put this all in writing for me to sign. He did quote me $998 per month, but said with the $1000 loyalty program(which ends 3/31) that it would bring the lease amount down by $28 a month to $970.
The salesman seemed to think the April deals wouldn't be any worst than March and suggested not needing to do the deal before the end of the month which seemed really strange to me, I never had a car salesman say this before.
The March BMW deals on the X5 e40 is $1000(loyalty) and $5000 lease buy down ends 3/31.
Total of $10,865 off the $81,070 MSRP for a total of $70,205...13.4% discount off the MSRP
Any idea on April numbers for X5 sdrive35, xdrive35/35d and 40e? Will the $2k/5k rebate carry over? For comparison, what are the march residuals for 36 months with 10k/ yr?

We don't yet have the April numbers from BMW.
March information - which is set to expire today 3/31/16:
.00135 MF and 59% (sDrive), 58% (xDrive 35/35d) or 56% (40e)
$5000 lease credit on the 40e, $2000 on the others.
40e $3000 this month rebate down from $5000, residual went up to 58%, payment is lower but buyout at end is higher. Payment now at $953 for 36month 12,000 miles on a MSRP of $81,070. $1000 loyalty still for April.
I would like to thank this board for helping me with my new 2016 X5 e40 lease, I ended up saving a total of $4,000 on the lease and moving my business to another BMW dealer after asking a few questions here, this new dealer was straight forward and didn't play any numbers games, thank you again for the advice!
quote from the first dealer "well you paid .002 MF on your last deal so you should be happy with this new deal .00175 MF", my head exploded after that comment, I walked out, nice for them to point out how stupid I was on my first lease ever...:-)

Hello Looking at a 2016 x50i. Does anyone have the April numbers for either a 36/12 or a 48/12? Also incentive information if available. Thanks!
.00135 MF and 60% residual for 36/12
48 month numbers aren't viable.
No lease incentives.
Thank you very much. How about 36/15?
Subtract 2%
The dealer is trying to tell me that the mileage deduction for a service loaner on the residual is 25cents/mile. Everything I've read is 20cents/mile. Right? Also he's trying to shoot be a base MF of .00175

We don't have the exact per mile deduction, have always thought it was between .15-.25 per.
Base MF is .00135 this month. Politely but firmly tell the dealer you won't sign a deal with an inflated MF. They know what the base rate is.
Can you give me lease #'s for this (30 and 36 month 12k miles) with minimum drive off?
- Also, is the Federal rebate of ~ $4500 subtracted from the Net Cap cost when doing a lease in CA?
My current Volt lease subtracted the $7500 federal rebate and it was passed directly to me in a lower monthly amount as are most plug-in cars here in CA. As long as the lease is at least 30 months the lessee is eligible for the rebate. Does BMWFS pass the rebate onto their leasing customers?

.00135 MF and 58% residual for 36 months. (30 month residual is 61%)
BMW just gives a $3000 rebate on this vehicle. But, unlike some other cars that qualify for the $7500, they have much higher residuals. Since the $3000 is a consumer incentive, it will be listed as a CAP cost reduction (which means you pay tax on it). Does your Net CAP cost already include the $3000 incentive?
Adding in the $925 acquisition fee, and assuming the $3000 is already in your price:
36: $754/mo.+tax 30: $805/mo.+tax
You'd still have 1st payment and title/registration/doc fees at signing.
Not sure how the discount is factored. I may have mis-quoted my "net Cap Cost' as it's really MSRP minus 'purchase credit'. The ad says "Discount with Purchase credit" - not sure what that means or maybe there is more credit with a lease??
I need to contact the dealer - they are across the country from me.

No discount from sticker?
We don't recommend using trade equity to lower the cap cost - if the car is stolen or totaled, you lose that money.
Can you provide the MF and RV for a BMW X5 xDrive35i at 36/10? Also, are there any special programs or incentives running on the X5 currently? Thanks
.00135 MF and 61% residual.
No incentives that we know of.
Thank you for the response kyfdx. Another question, is there any indication that the lease figures/prices may improve as a new model year becomes closer?

Hard to predict what will happen to the numbers over the next few months. I suppose it depends on how strong or weak sales are for the X5.
Are the numbers the same for all X5 trim levels? I cannot decide whether to go with the sDrive 35, xDrive 35d, or the eDrive. Any lease incentive cash?

Limited information available at this time...
.00138 MF and 60% for 36/10 on the sDrive or xDrive. 59% for 37/10 on the eDrive, with $3000 lease credit.
