Getting a lease score or 13.2 on the deal. Optima LX Turbo, msrp 25240, negotiated price 22900 (9-10% off mspr), $2150 down, $169/month for 24month. Sealing the deal next few days. This is for a 24month/15k miles. Thanks everyone for their help and guidance here!

Update: I managed to convince a different dealer to match. The new deal is LX turbo msrp 28170 (this has technology package), sale price 15% off, 24mo/15k Mile, $2150 down includes acquisition fee, first month, taxes, $173/mos

Hey there, looking for current MF & RV for 2016 Optima SX & SXL 36/12 in MA. Also, just so I understand, when you provide a lease cash figure is that money from the manufacture to dealer? It's a total separate thing than a manufacture incentive like a customer cash back offer....correct? Thanks guys.

SXL: .00009 MF and 49% residual. $5000 lease cash

We aren't certain if it's dealer or consumer cash

Other rebate offers may not be compatible with a lease.

First of all I just want to say thank you sooooo much in advance. 

I need the MF, RV, and dealer cash for the following scenarios in Pennsylvania.

16 & 17 Ex 36/10

16 & 17 SX 36/10

I am also confused about how the dealer cash works and I am embarrassed almost to admit this but I used to be in car sales 15 years ago lol. On Kia's website they allow you to figure out what your lease payment would be on certain cars and they also show you the current rebates and incentives that you are receiving. Currently they are showing $4,500 (500 & 4000) on the 2016 SX. Does the dealer cash amounts that you provide include that $4,500 from the website. For example if you said the dealer cash was $5,000 is that $5,000 in addition to that $4,500 or is there only an extra $500 being hidden? I'm guessing that it's in addition to whatever the manufacturer to consumer incentives are.

2016 numbers:

EX - .00075 and 53%
SX - .00029 and 53%

$4000 lease cash; that's the only incentive we know about

I live in Pa and just called an Ohio dealership to inquire about the $7,000 lease cash since Pa only has $5,500 listed on Kia's site. The salesperson said he only knows about $3,000 and Kia's own site says $5,500 (5k + 500). Please...please explain how there are 3 different rebates and or lease cash numbers out there.
