    So i shopped this deal around in person and the best I can get is just at or under factory invoice before the huge lease cash incentives are applied. No dealer add-ons charged. For a '16, is factory invoice considered a good deal? The residual is not looking good & the MF could be better. The deciding factor is becoming the astonishing customer service quality difference from entry level luxury dealers. Very put off by Phoenix Kia network.

    We don't know if the lease cash is a customer incentive or a dealer incentive.
    If it's dealer incentive, then it should result in a lower selling price.
    If it's customer incentive, then it will be a CAP cost reduction (and taxable).

    I see lease cash offers in IL for $3000 not $4000-$5500. Are there lease programs that you have access to that we are not able to see? Also, the lease cash goes to the dealership, correct?

    Planning on sealing the lease this week for a 2016 Kia Optima. Choosing between three models: LX Turbo, EX, Hybrid (both lx/EX).
    I need the RV/MF for these models for 60076. both 12/24 and 12/36.

    Kia does not offer a 10K mileage allowance on a 24 month lease; 12K is the lowest available.

    What state? Kia numbers are regional.

    Made two phone calls. Still no return call from the manager from three different dealerships. beginning of month and week. Will update here to let you know how things shake out with this Optima lease.
