Kia only offers 15K leases; extra miles are charged up front and deducted from the 15K residual. Not sure of the exact rate, but probably between .15-.25 per mile

SX-L - .00108 and 52%. $4000 lease cash

I got an offer through true car for a 2016 sxl 31,150 +ttl for a local dealership. Talked to the guy on the phone and asked him for an email with the info. His email just said the same thing the tue car deal said. They don't have the color I want in stock, but he said he could get it (I assume through a dealer trade), but I'll go to one of two other dealerships that do have it in stock to compare what offer they can give me. My question for this thread is: does an Internet deal like this take into account rebates like the 4k lease cash? If not, 27100 seems a little too good to be true for a new sxl. If so, how much of that 4k is cooked into that price (in other words how much can I negotiate down on price using lease cash as a bludgeon?) Thanks

It's possible that selling price is for a purchase, not a lease - tell them you are leasing and see what happens to the price at all the dealerships you contact.

My guess is any offer you get will include the $4K lease cash.
