The numbers are completely different if you want a 24 month, 12,000 mile per year lease:

EX - .00091 and 62%
LX - .00112 and 64%

$2800 lease cash.

Yes, 1500 is the total cash out of pocket to get the car
And 294/mo including tax.
Or $2900 down for $250/mo including tax. Which is basically the same, I just don't want to put more than 1500 out of pocket.
Does it make sense to you with the incentives or you think I should negotiate it

I don't track selling prices, but it looks like a pretty good payment, relative to MSRP

which one applies for the EX in MA,
the 2700 lease cash or can i get up to 4000?

I've never tried to end a lease early from one mfg to another so just looking for some help with possible payment amounts? Is it worth it or not? How should I attack this scenario?

How would I handle turning in a lease early for a Nissan Maxima with 6 remaining payments of $380 into a Kia Optima SX Turbo, 12k/yr, in NC with an MSRP of $37,440 listed on the dealerships site? There seems to be a very unique package that is not included on the KIA website that this car has, which is why the high MSRP.

If someone could please provide the MF and Residual for this trim that would be amazing and payment amount possibilities.

SX Turbo 36/12 - .00156 and 57%. $3200 lease cash.

Call NMAC to get the payoff value of the Maxima .. then, head over to the "Real World Trade in Values" discussion to see what it's worth. That will tell you if you have positive or negative equity.

Then, you can trade in the Maxima like any other car.

Can't figure a payment without knowing the adjusted cap cost of the Optima.

It's a factory to dealer incentive on that particular model.

Hey guys,

I just came back from a very frustrating experience at the dealership.

I was looking at the 2016 Optima EX w/ Premium Package. MSRP came out to $28,800. They wouldn't go less than $25,860 (before TTL and destination fee) even though they acknowledged that Kia is offering the $2,700 lease incentive. I was hoping to get it $4k below MSRP since the dealership is getting the $2,700 lease incentive.

I am asking for too much here? This is my first time trying to lease a car. We didn't even make it to discussing lease terms because I wasn't happy with the purchase price.

Any feedback on this would be appreciated.

I don't believe KIA offers 7.5K/yr mileage allowance, or even 10K/yr on 24 month leases
