  • Thank you! I am really not sure if it includes the 2,000 as I asked them for best price. If it does include the 2,000 then the dealership is only discounting 1,975. I am not sure if that is typical or if I may be able to get them "dealership" to discount further, Probably worth a shot. As far as the monthly figure you note, I assume taxes are already factored in?

    Thanks again Sir!

Yes.. I applied 6.25% Texas tax to the full price, and added that to the CAP cost.

  • Can I get lease info on a V-6 9AT with the tech package in Palm Beach county, FL? I'm looking at three years with 12k miles per year.

So far, I've been offered a payment per month of $399, including tax, with only first month's payment and tag fees out of pocket. Seems like a good deal, but I still like to work the numbers myself.

I get the exact same number.

If the amounts in the $2800 add up properly, that looks like a good deal.

With your prices, I am within pennies of your quote (rounding error, I'm sure).

Looks solid - only way to improve on it is to get a better selling price.

Hello experts! I've been leasing an Acura TL (now TLX) V6 FWD standard model 12K miles/yr from the same dealer for what will be the 4th time (lease is up in Sept. '16). Every time, I end up paying approx. $450/month with $0 down & only the dmv fees up front. Now, I'm priming up to get my hands on the 2016 model V6 SH-AWD w/ Advance package, with my mindset of not paying a dime more than $450/month, $0 down, and just the DMV fees up front for 36 months and 12K miles/year. I'm in the Queens, NY area and have Paragon Acura/Rallye Acura (dealer I've been using) in my vicinity. Any help, ideas, questions that would get me to this goal is extremely appreciated. Even if dropping down to the SH-AWD w/ Tech package is the way to go. Thank you all for your guidance! :)

Let us know if you are able to get that deal done. That is literally the exact same deal I'm going to be looking for soon.

    Hi,
I am looking to lease a 2016 TLX (base model) in NY. They quoted me at $1284 down (which includes first month, tax, dmv etc) & $345/month 10k/36 months. What do you think about these numbers?
    Thanks,

Don't really know. Not enough information. What we need:

    1. MSRP
    2. Adjusted cap cost
    3. What the $1284 at signing goes to (detailed information)

Can somebody please provide me the MF and residual for May on the 2016 TLX Base. 10k/36. Thanks! Sorry, just found a post above with details.
  • Hey guys! I'm starting my look into a TLX base lease, I'm a North Dakota resident so 5% tax, 10K/36mo, MSRP is $31,695. The dealership offered to sell it to me at $29,000, all fees included besides tax. What's the MF, residual, and lease rate really calculate out to be with $0 down? Is this a good deal?

    .00070 and 59% for 36/10. $1000 lease cash.

Using the prices provided, that works out to about $336/mo with 5% tax added in.

However, using the selling price means that you'll have to put up some money at the beginning of the lease - first payment, acquisition fee, dealer fee, DMV costs.

    Hello,

may I ask if the 1k lease cash is nationwide?

Apparently, my dealer is having a 750 dealer flex cash and a 500 rebate if we have a 2006 or newer Acura, Subaru, bmw etc vehicle in our household.

does that mean I can add the 1k to my 750 and 500 rebate? Please let me know as I'm signing the car soon. Thanks so much for the help!

So far as I know, the Acura information we have is nationwide.

That doesn't mean there couldn't be regional or local incentives on top of that.

The lease cash for Acura is a dealer incentive. They might not (and don't have to) disclose it.

May i ask what this month's mf, rv, lease cash is for the 2016 base tlx v6? Term is 36/12k, location is California.

it seems like the v6 gets a greater discount (selling price) than the 4cyl based on this thread and the 2015 thread.

  • Hello!  I am returning my 3rd TL lease to the same dealership for a new 2016 TLX SHAWD w/ Advance pkg. Do I try to get a better deal from a new dealership? Or will the same dealership be obliged to provide the best deal? Looking for 12 or 15k miles/year. What would be the best MF / Residual I can expect in New York City/Long Island? Is it possible for a 350-400/month payment w/ 0 down? Taxes rolled into payments and just DMV fees up front.

$2000 lease cash. $500 loyalty or conquest cash.

Can't help you with projected payments without knowing the MSRP and adjusted capitalized cost.

I would suggest reaching out to multiple dealers and get them to compete against one another.

  • The actual MSRP is 42320. The cap reduction is 2250. The salesman said that the Adjusted MSRP is 39035.
  • I'm heading to another dealership on Saturday to see if they can beat it. But when I spoke with 2 other dealerships, they informed me that it was an aggressive offer. Hard to believe them since they are all employed by Acura in the end.

  • Here is my latest offer:
    '16 TLX FWD w/ Advance pkg - 36 months - 12k miles / yr:
    Down: $199.69 sales tax + $445 1st month + $122.50 reg/title/tire tax + $75 doc fee = $842.19
    Gross Cap: $41,060.29
    Adjusted Cap (after 2250 for loyalty/bonus): $38,810.29
    Residual: $24,382.40
    Depreciation: $14,427.89
    Rent charge: $1,592.11
    Total base payment: $16,020 / 36 months = $445 per month.
They also paid $240.09 of my down payment and added the protection package $427 (trunk/all weather front/back mats/wheel locks)
Scale from 1 - 10, 1 being horrible and 10 being unbelievable. I appreciate the feedback from the experts.
