The existing mileage will lower the residual, which would raise the payment. Except, they should lower the price enough to more than make up for that, or it wouldn't be worth leasing.

The lease cash is a factory to dealer incentive; use that knowledge to negotiate your best price.

Sale Price: 19945

Money Factor: .00043
Rebates: 5250
Tax in MA: 6.25%
Fees: Doc 395, tags 135, Acquisition 595

With 999 down (2343 out of pocket total to cover all fees) they are at 77 a month. My calculator is at 61 per month with taxes. Is there something I'm missing? Maybe they quoted me tier 2 credit instead? I tried by hand but got a totally different number. Any insight? Thanks so much for the help!

They might have quoted it wrong because here in MA there's no tax on rebates.

Interesting. However, my advice is the same. Ask for the adjusted CAP cost. That usually clears it up, or leads to more questions.
