That said I neglected to add that to the MSRP which would now be $52,605.

51% is the base 36/10 residual for the A4 Quattro Prestige; adding AudiCare makes the residual 52%

AFS doesn't quote money factors as an APR. Sounds like they are trying to obscure the real rate.

Acquisition fee is $895. That leaves about $500 left over for other charges, which may be about right for MA.
If the sale price is the adjusted CAP, then $535/mo.+tax
What is your tax? 6.25%? That would be about $568/mo, so not too far off.
That would put the money factor about .00067, but that's an estimate.

Yes, .00045 for all Quattro trims.

36/15 on P+ is 53%; for Prestige, 48%

Add 2% for 12K and 3% for 10K

Do you think a fully loaded Premium Plus is a better buy than than a load Prestige?

I have one deal that is 1500 drive off for a loaded Premium Plus with MSRP 50,425 and a 550 payment including tax and the second option is for a Prestige w/ 1400 drive off MSRP at 54,480 and a payment of 669 with tax.

I'm torn.

It's typical for higher trim vehicles to have lower residuals. That extra cost just doesn't translate into a lot of value at lease end.

On this model, a loaded Premium Plus is a lot better lease deal than the Prestige.

I've been in the process of deciding whether or not to get out of my current lease early, so I've previously asked for May and June numbers. I've decided to stay pat. My lease is up this month so this is the month that I be getting a new car. 

Could you please get me the updated July numbers for 36/12k, 2017 Audi A4 2.0 TFSI Auto Premium quattro AWD, with Maryland sales tax of 6%. MSRP is $43,775, negotiated sales price down to $39,660. Numbers for 42 months would also he appreciated. 

Cap is $42,690.00, includes tax, tag/registration, documentation, electronic filing, and title.

MF, Residual, incentives, and monthly payment?

If the adjusted CAP is $48022, then the monthly payment number is right.

The numbers to the right don't add up to $2505, though.. Maybe sales tax on the upfront amounts makes up the difference?

But, even if that's correct, I can't get the sale price + items on right + 1st payment minus 1st payment rebate minus $1250 down payment to add up to $48022.
With a $1250 downpayment, it should be around $46,560.

That would make the payment about $43/mo. less.

Ask the dealer what the adjusted cap cost is that they are using to get the $820/mo. Texas taxes the entire selling price, even for a lease, and if you roll that amount into the payment, it's going to increase it quite a bit.

Thank you for the response. If I'm understanding correctly then a fair deal would be $577/mo assuming I pay the taxes up front ?

even then it shouldn't get to be ~$800 since the tax would be around $70 a month additionally to $577. I will have more concrete numbers when I negotiate next weekend.

I can't tell you what a 'fair' deal is, since we really don't have all the numbers.

Simply ask the dealer what the adjusted cap cost is - generally, it's the negotiated price plus any taxes and fees you don't pay up front, less any cap reduction (down payment) you make.
