    I negotiated a 2018 GLS 450, $86,725 list price, to these terms below- decent offer?

    Sale Price $79,000
    36 Months, 10K miles a year
    $1175 Monthly Payment
    Money at Signing: Only the First Payment- $1175
    Inclusive of Virginia Sales Tax and all Fees

    Hi , looking to lease a GLS 450. Was offered this by dealership in Philadelphia.

    2017 GLS 450:
    Owner driven vehicle with 7k miles on it.
    MSRP (incld. dest) - $ 79,565
    Lease Price - $ 70,565
    36 Mon / 12 K miles
    Resid: $ 43,660 (56% of MSRP)
    Due at sign - $ 2460
    Monthly - $ 965 (incl. tax and GAP)
    on asking, dealer was willing to offer free-maintenance and service for 3 yr.

    is the offer reasonable? anything to look for/confirm? thanks as always for your valuable input !

    .00071 MF and 56% residual (for a new one)
    Not sure how Mercedes handles the existing mileage.
    GAP insurance is included on every Mercedes lease, at no extra charge.

    I get $804/mo.+tax. using 56%. But, the residual amount given is not 56% of MSRP... it's closer to 54.9%. Assuming that's the actual residual, I get $828/mo.+tax. In Philadelphia (10% tax?), that's about $911/mo. with tax included.

    Since you have $2460 due at signing, there shouldn't be any additions to the price/cap cost.

    I'd ask them for the money factor used and the adjusted CAP cost (hopefully, that's the same as the lease price).
    3-year maintenance is probably worth at least $1000.

    Thank you so much for running the numbers. I will try to get the MF used.

    $2460.98 included 1st month pay + 1095 lease acquisition, + tag + title, and doc fee of 138.

    I realized looking at my notes, dealer would include some 'Zurich wheel & tire plan' for up to $ 5000 claims during the lease term.

    Hello, and Happy New Year guys. I was curious I went ahead a pulled the trigger on an ‘18 but my dealer has a bunch of ‘17 left overs, and a neighbor of mine is really interested what is the new MF and Res. On 36/12, 36/15 GLS 450?

    Yes, they exist. I think it's max 10 @ .00007 reduction each (the computer I use with that information on it is acting up for me, so I'm not 100% certain).
