2017 Jaguar XE Lease Deals and Prices

Hello,

Are the numbers for the XE available yet? Specifically, I'm after 24,36, & 39 month residuals and money factors for the 35t RWD R-Sport and 35t AWD R-Sport.

Thanks Michaell. I really like this car but I'm also really frustrated. I've asked every dealer within 150 miles for the rates and I'm not even getting a response. I had heard they would be available in early May and that seems to be supported by a lease special for the XE that is up on their website. Not the trim level that I want though. Jaguar isn't making this car easy to buy.

Yeah, I think Jaguar NA realizes it may have a hit on its hands, and are playing their lease cards close to the vest to see what they can charge.

The $2851 down equates to about $79/mo, so your 'true' payment is $428/mo before tax.

Not that great of a deal for a car that stickers at $37K.

And, you only get 10,000 miles per year. That doesn't work for everybody. Residual looks to be 64%, so assume 63% for 12K or 61% for 15K - for this trim.

Different models / engines will almost certainly have different numbers.

I agree. This is a pretty horrible deal.

I know this is going to be a busy time for Jaguar but I can't even get a reply to an email. The business will die fast if they don't bother to respond to customers. I guess it could be that they know internet shoppers are typically after a good deal and they figure there is enough buzz not to need to respond. I doubt anyone is getting much off of MSRP yet.

I have been told by my dealer the the XE R Sport I ordered will arrive at the dealer before the end of next week. However, as of yesterday, he still does not have lease numbers! "Very soon" was the best he could offer.

You're lucky yours will be here next week. I pre-ordered (put down $500 reservation deposit) mine as well, and my dealer is just now "ordering" it and telling me it'll be 3-4 MONTHS before I'll get mine. My build isn't overly complicated, it's a Type R 35t with the black 19" wheels and black design pack, that's it. Anyone else being told it'll be much longer? I originally thought I'd have one in March. Then May. Now August or Sept? I'm about to give up.

Put my deposit down middle of April and got the info last week that build is July and August delivery to NJ. The way they've been pushing back dates, I wouldn't expect it to be delivered on time.

Any lease info out there yet for the Prestige RWD 15k/36 months or 39 months? The other thread about ordering an XE noted info of 15k, 36 month for the 35t RSport AWD - .00062 money factor, 55% residual. Are the other lease rates released yet?

As I noted over in the other thread, if that money factor is right, I may pass on this car. Between the lack of negotiating on the MSRP, elevated money factor (compared to the 0.0001 on the XF) resulting in another $50 a month in the lease payment, and the delayed production dates, I'm starting to lean towards canceling my order.

Just picked up my car from the dealer. Lease numbers are out for the XE now across the board - you just have to call and ask but I saw the spreadsheet from afar - they have all the numbers available for every trim and every mileage option now. I only know my own numbers - didn't really ask about the other trims and mileage.. but as mentioned in the other thread: 35t RSport, AWD 55% residual and .00063 MF for 36/15k. If I had gone to 39 months, residual dropped to 52% and MF went up to .00072. .. I think Jaguar is driving leases towards a sweet spot which in this case is the 36 month.

BTW - financials aside, the car is a monster. I'm coming from a 2013 335. I've only drive about 15 miles but what I can say right now is that handling and steering is way better than my 335. Power and acceleration - on par.

The national deal is usually just "meh". We don't recommend a down payment of any size on a lease - that money is at risk if the car is stolen or totaled.

And, you may be able to get a bigger discount from MSRP than what's in the ad.

Does anyone know the MF buy rate for Jaguar Finacial/Chase for 3.5 Premium 36/12? I have been quoted .00119 with a 61% residual That seems high to me. My credit score is over 790. This is from a Florida dealer.

Also, regarding the pre-order special that was $500, I understand that this gets you the nav system and your first month's payment free. But do you also get that $500 deposit credited to your purchase? i.e, do you get the nav for free AND a credit of $500 for pre-ordering? Thanks.

I think both dealers are marking up the money factor. I also think they are giving you the residual for a 33 mo term. I see a 35t Premium, for 36 / 12, as 60% and .00110. I'm not from edmunds and I' just reading from a scanned copy of the official lease program that a very upfront dealership gave me. So YMMV.

Thanks for that! I know the second dealer is full of it. The first one has been the most honest of the 5 dealers around me and comparing his quote to what you just posted, his is a better deal.

24 month numbers aren't any good this month.

RWD - 60% and .00055 for 33/10; 59% and .00067 for 36/10

AWD - 59% and .00001 for 33/10; 58% and .00012 for 36/10

33/10 is 61% and .00061. $536/mo before tax.

36/10 is 60% and .00073. $515/mo before tax.
