    Are the #s the same for the 35t premium? They're telling me 56% on the residual for 39 mos/7.5k, which is higher than I thought it would be.

    Thanks Michaell. I am looking at an XE located at a dealership in So Cal (I live in Northern Cal). They are offering $10K off of sticker for a purchase, but e-priced a lease only $1,500 off of sticker. The internet associate wanted to know what payment I was looking for (to "cut to the chase"). I have never leased a car before, but I know that there are a lot of variables that go into a lease payment, so it's a bit "dodgy" to negotiate solely on lease payment. So if the Net Cap was $37,568 with at 36/10 lease, would my payment be ~$345 (assuming 8.75 sales tax)?

    I agree with your math.

    But, there are different incentives for lease vs. purchase.

    You are correct, negotiate the best price you can, and pay attention for any junk fees.

    Hello! Looking for MF and RV for 2017 XE 35T Premium, RWD. Ridgefield, WA 98642. Thanks in advance!

    Dealer is quoting a .00054 MF & lease residual is 53% on 10,000 miles, and 52% on the 12,000 mile lease.

    The MF feels marked up but wanted to verify.

    Would like the MV and RF on both the 2017 XE R-Sport RWD and 35T RWD for 36 or 39 months and 7.5k miles.

    35t R-Sport RWD - .00225 and 48% / 46%

    Looks like I'll have to try again tomorrow or when the new lease #s come out. I don't have a specific vehicle or trim yet, scouring the dealerships looking for the right one.
