That looks really good. I assumed $1000 for tax upfront, and calculated $363/mo, which is very close.

I just went to the dealership and the offer i got for a XE 35T Premium (Certified pre owned) was 36 months, 10k Miles, .00061, 60% and it ended up with me paying like $1900 in fees and $416 a month after taxes. The car is was used as a loaner and has 6000 miles on it and $2950 in rebates. $44,878 MSRP. I was wondering if this added up as i have been seeing MF of .00001?

If it was used by the dealership, it was never registered, and should qualify for new car lease rates.

If it was sold to a customer, then traded back into the dealership, it's CPO, and subject to a completely different program - one that we have no insight into.
