Since it's November, the numbers have changed.
.00001 MF and 52% residual for 36/12 or 39/12.

Your deals look pretty good.. if you didn't sign on this, go with 39 months, and you'll cut your payment. by $30-$40 per month.

First, that is a purchase quote, not one for a lease; ask the dealer for the adjusted cap cost used to calculate their payment quote.

Don't negotiate the payment; negotiate the selling price, then make sure you understand how the adjusted cap cost is determined from that.

Residual is always based on the MSRP

I just got a 2017 XE Premium 35T RWD Loaner with 6k miles.
Sale price was $35,465
Downpayment $1,500
Monthly tax included (7.75%) is $355/m

Hope it helps, btw that was California.

.00001 MF is the base number
54% residual is correct for 39/7.5K

With the marked up money factor and using the SP as the adjusted CAP cost, I get $420/mo.+tax

So, if anything the quoted payment is low, given the numbers provided.
The adjusted CAP cost would help.

I am in NJ, my local dealer is already out of 2017 XE's and another in NY still has a few but all the AWD's are either diesel (not interested) or V6's (interested but don't want to pay for the larger engine lol) or RWD Prestige so in the end maybe better off with a 2018 AWD Premium...
