So I got some numbers from a dealership - 2017 MDX AWD TECH - $45,800 selling price with 599/595/60/3300 - numbers for doc fee/ Honda lease fee/ title tag and tax 7%. With $3300 down payment, I am getting 36x$570. Should I wait for next month for a better deal...I've seen this prices last year in December when 2017 was the new model year. Thanks in advance!

Add the doc fee, and the lease acquisition fee ($595) to the selling price.

NJ taxes the sum of the lease payments, and collects that money up front - you can choose to add amount to the selling price, as well (which we also recommend).

I think you have a typo on the MSRP. With that residual, it should be $53,435.
With that adjusted CAP, the payment is correct.

It's a little hard to follow how they came up with the adjusted CAP
Do you know the sale price?
Do you actually have negative equity from a trade?

So the dealer wouldn't give me a written quote but I negotiated the sale price of 43800 for base awd model. 36 month lease 7500 miles with 3000 down (all fees + first month payment included) 459/month. Does it sound like a good deal? My spider sense is tingling a bit and I don't think I am getting that great a deal for a what is pretty much a base model with exception of the awd.

Also I see everyone mentioning there is a 2000 lease incentive but I cannot find that anywhere on the acura's site. Is this something that is unadvertised but should be valid in any acura dealer?

The $2000 is a factory-to-dealer incentive.

Hello can use your help I'm coming off a lease on a mdx have 4 payments left was contacted by my dealer to get out early and get a new ok i'll bite advised them i was interested in a MDX Advance Hybrid 36/15 and hers what they came back with which I think something is very wrong no 2000 incentive shown and it looks like they are rolling my remainder payments into the price I'm I wrong please let me know I'm in NY

We recommend putting all fees and taxes into the cap cost, and only pay the first payment and DMV costs up front.

The deal is just an advertisement... the offer from the dealer could be more or less than that amount.
