I get $486/mo for 36/10, using those numbers. My guess is that part of the $3500 is being used as cap reduction.
Our suggestion is to limit the out of pocket costs to just the first payment and DMV costs - add everything else into the lease payment. Your payment will be higher but you'll minimize the risk of losing that up front money if the car is stolen or totaled.

I'd be concerned over the "take back early" comment - you are still on the hook for those payments and charges, it may be rolled over into the new lease.

Thanks. What I am trying to verifiy is if this is a good deal. Based on other quotes on this forum, it seems to be. Standard Denali package plus the technology package for just under $46k, no money down, and $496 per month for a 36mo./15k miles lease. Just trying to confirm good or bad.

sales tax is 6.5%. its suppose to be from the selling price
And, the fact that the MF changes for the same term, based on the amount due at signing, is another warning.
Might want to reach out to another dealer; too many things don't add up.
And, I still don't know about the taxes. I'm pretty certain that MN is not a state that taxes the entire selling price for a lease.
