As noted before, there's $2k in lease incentives right now so try holding out for $5k off.
It's not doable in all markets, so try to determine how it's going in your location and shop accordingly. I just got a Sport CVT with an MSRP of $26050 for a lease sale price 20,455. I lucked into one of those deals where I caught the right dealer at the right time. $1k at signing (500 of which was military rebate), 36mo/15k miles, $225 a month incl sales tax.

Hi there, can I get the MF and RV for 2017 Accord EX and EX-L? would the number be the same for cars with Honda Sensing?

Location is CA 95129, and lease term is 24/12 or 36/12. How would the numbers change if I go with 15K?

Thanks, you got a great deal, what state were you in?

We are in Southern CA, a known competitive Honda market. Most of the dealers were not willing to discount much more than $4k until I tried one that I've done business with before in the past - they knew I was a serious shopper and offered the really aggressive deal - probably the best Honda deal I've ever gotten.

I was quoted 247 in MD with only first payment out of pocket at inception for a 2017 Honda Accord Sport SE. 

Anyone know anything about a  Honda conquest rebate program in MD that waives the 595 bank fee for lessees who are currently leasing through another manufacturer?

Haven't heard anything about waived acquisition fees for Honda. But, it could be regional in nature

I'm looking at leasing. The MSRP is 31,875. I feel like I can get it lower, but not sure. At 27k no money down what would the lease be?

$27,220. You would add 6% Sales Tax. After adding tax you would add the $499 Dealership Fee, the $72 Title, License, and Lean Fee. That makes your price Out the Door is $29,424.20. The monthly payment zero down would be. 

• $406.25 on a 12k a year lease.
• $424.96 on a 15k a year lease

Is this good?

.00083 and 52% for 36/15

I don't think KY taxes the selling price, but rather the monthly payment. And, I don't see any mention of the acquisition fee ($595).

If I use the selling price as the cap cost, I get $332/mo, before tax. Even if I add in the dealer fee and acquisition fee, the payment goes up to $363/mo. Far cry from the $425/mo the dealer is quoting.

The Accord has bigger incentives for lease than buying, so okay.. if it's a lease, it should be less!

From delearship using a sale price of $28k makes Total Cap Cost $29,575.96 on a 15k which has a residual of $16,520 and same sale price on a 12k has a total cap cost of $29,557.25 with a $17,155.80 residual.

Living in KY do you have a recommendation on a dealership that is willing to be honest up front and give a decent deal. Also, what kind of prices are you finding on the 2017 Honda accord exl v6?

Title/registration runs about $100 ($20 more for a lease)
Any other fee is likely to be a garbage fee for the dealer (like the $499 dealer fee).

Most of my Honda buying/leasing experience is in Cincinnati.
Jeff Wyler in Florence seems to have happy customers, though I've never dealt with them.
As far as down-state? Not much experience.
Ask for the dealer/doc fee before you start negotiating. That way you can back that amount out of any selling price you offer.

Ohio caps the dealer/doc fee at $250, and just about every dealer charges that amount. (just an FYI)

i live in OH and concur that almost ALL OH dealers will say that the doc fee of 250 is mandatory BUT it is actually a cap and the minimum doc fee is zero. All their dealer computer programs have the 250 hard-loaded so you have to get them to lower the sell price to compensate (if they are willing).

The Wyler franchise has more than one honda dealerships in the Cinti area; beware slimy tactics though. If leasing, know your numbers and be willing to walk if they won't play nice. Lots of competition especially for the V-6 model. IMO, $340 + tax is a reasonable amount excl. doc and dmv fees

Tried getting to this number using a MF of .00083 but the selling price would have to be around 18,750 which doesn't make sense. Are there any incentives or rebates for the current 2017 EX or LX lease ? Thanks again !!
