What lease term and how many miles is this?
What does the up front money cover?
36 months/ 10k miles
The up front money is the drive off
I also got another quote from other dealership..
MSRP 47580$ Dealer price 44170$ MF 0.00126 36/10k with 0$ down 2038.88$ drive off. 475$ monthly payment tax included (With Corporate Fleet Program)
I am wondering why there's around 100$ difference per month with the MSRP being similar on the two cars between two dealerships? Is there hidden fees that I don't know about on the 2nd quote or is the 0.00040 MF making that much of a difference?

You need to get the adjusted cap cost from both dealers - that way, we can compare apples to apples.

The MF is about half the payment difference.
I'm assuming you qualify for a fleet discount?
Yes I am qualify for a fleet discount. In the process of getting the adjusted cap cost from the second dealership, he's been very vague of taxes+fees. Every time I ask for a detailed quote, he only gives me monthly payments and down payments.. Is it normal to see that much of a difference from dealership to dealership? It seems like a huge difference to me..

Yes, you can see big variances among dealerships. Especially, if you are shopping via email. Some dealerships try to hit a home run on every deal, until they find out they can't.
Does anyone have any thoughts on the following quote:
2017 430i (3 years at 10,000 miles per year) MSRP: $45,690 Selling price (after $1500 rebate and $1000 college grad rebate): $39,495 Payment: $481 per month plus tax with zero due at signing (no drive offs or anything)
I think there's still some room here as other local dealers are advertising 430i's with more options at 388 month with 3888 down (without the college grad rebate). Anyone have any thoughts? Thanks in advance.

.00146 MF and 61% residual If I roll in $1500 for acquisition fee and first payment, I get $465/mo.+tax. If we had the actual adjusted CAP cost, it's probably an exact payment.
Thanks. What do you mean by roll in? Does the 465/month assume I pay for the acquisition fee and first payment out of pocket at signing or that they are factored into the monthly payments?

"Roll In" means they are part of the monthly payment, not paid up front.
Just got the quote from the second dealer:
MSRP 48405$
3000$ down
513$ monthly payment for 36mo/10k miles.
Good deal? If so, gonna pull the trigger.
What is the selling price?
What does the $3000 cover?
Not enough information to evaluate.
Selling price 43077$ (without tax and fees)
I am not exactly sure what the 3000$ covers.. He told me it's the drive off
.00146 and 61% for 36/10
With your prices, $453/mo plus tax.
$925 acquisition fee, first payment and $500-550 in DMV costs - roughly $2K. Ask the dealer for a full breakdown of the $3K.
Ignore the previous numbers.

Selling Price with Taxes and Fees 46971$

3000$ includes all the fees, initial payment and down payment.
Does this looks like a good deal?
A lot of back and forth and I was able to bring down the car price. That's why I am tempted to pull the trigger.
If I use $43,971 as the cap cost, I get $509/mo - pretty close to your $513/mo quote.
If you are happy with the selling price, all looks good.

Hi, Looking for lease numbers for the 2017 430 sDrive and xDrive convertible for 24/12, 30/12 and 36/12.. Thanks!
.00146 MF and 66%/63%/60% residual
Thanks a lot! These are very good residuals for the old model considering the 2018 model is out. I am planning my purchase in June. Do you think the dealers will have any 2017 stock left by then? I understand it may be hard to predict but just wanted your opinion so I could plan better.

Is the $1500 off a corporate discount? I'm surprised they combined it with the college grad rebate. If so, that's great.

Same. The dealerships near me clearly stated that they can't combine those two..

I think the $1500 rebate is just what BMW is offering as a lease credit on all 4 series right now--at least that's what one dealer told me. I've been playing a few dealers off each other and am taking the following deal tomorrow and picking up the car tomorrow as well:
2017 430i (3 years at 10,000 miles per year) MSRP: $44,590 Selling Price: Unclear, earlier in negotiations it was $38,110 but has to be lower now as they've taken some off the monthly payment and kept the amount due at signing the same Payment: $1000 due at signing (first month's payment, tax, title, registration) and $418 per month plus tax.
Thoughts on this deal? 2017 430i coupe 3 years 10k miles per year MSRP $50,650, selling price is the internet price $44,800. $499 a month with 1500 out of pocket. Can I get a better deal or more off selling price? This is with the college grad incentive dealership in New Jersey

2017 430i (3 years at 10,000 miles per year)
MSRP: $44,590
Selling Price: Unclear, earlier in negotiations it was $38,110 but has to be lower now as they've taken some off the monthly payment and kept the amount due at signing the same
Payment: $1000 due at signing (first month's payment, tax, title, registration) and $418 per month plus tax.
How did I do?
2017 430i coupe 3 years 10k miles per year
MSRP $50,650,
selling price is the internet price $44,800.
$499 a month with 1500 out of pocket.
Can I get a better deal or more off selling price? This is with the college grad incentive
dealership in New Jersey
Congrats!

With your prices, I get $497/mo - very close to your $499/mo quote.
11.5% off sticker is very good for BMW - not sure there is much more of a discount available.

Thank you, I didn't add that the car had 6,000 miles. Does this make a difference
Yes, the residual will be adjusted downward to account for the miles.

MSRP is $55,755
Negotiated sales price is $49,755 (7% off MSRP with 2K in incentives)
RV is 61%
MF is .00146
$985 acquisition fee
$785 dealer fee
$600 in tax and tags
Dealer quoting me $628 monthly and $2270 total drive off. Does that sound right?
If we do that, the payment is $587/mo.+tax ($628 with 7% tax).
That's a big dealer fee.
