Looks like I misspoke. There is a $1000 option allowance this month on the 3-series.

Based on my calculation I get around $375 monthly payment. Also, below $43,950 was the Ad price and the sales person told me that $43,950 already includes option allowance credit of $1,500. Can the dealer add the option allowance credit like this?

With your prices, I get $547/mo.

Are you paying the taxes and fees up front, or are they included in the cap cost number you gave me?

Also, how much is the dealer asking for from you at signing?

I thought tax were part of the monthly lease .

I believe the state calculates the sales tax against the sum of the payments, up front. You can pay them at lease signing or add them into the sales price.

With only $1070 out of pocket, it's safe to assume they are being added into the sales price.

Confirm the adjusted cap cost with the dealer, including all the taxes and fees you aren't paying up front.

Do you think it would be possible to get a 2017 340i 36mo /12k lease on something like this for between $500-525 per month? This time I'd like to keep my total out of pocket around $2000 or less. I'm trying to see what the absolute lowest per month I should be shooting for. I'd like to stay as close to $500 as possible. I am in Texas if that matters and have great credit.

My lease will be up in the late spring, so I have until then to decide and wait on better rates. I am currently leasing a 2014 328i with basically the exact same options for $439/mo and put about $3500 total out of pocket down (msrp was about $5000-6000 less). Curious to see what you think I should aim for.

Gotta get the net cap down to around $50K to see $500/mo, before tax.

ok thank you Michael, Sir.. i guess then December will be a better month to lease a 2017 340i xDrive, I am trying to gauge what month I should lease a new build specially at the end of the year it can take 8 to 10 weeks to get perhaps more... and I want to obtain the car by february 2017. do you have any idea what discounts i can expect walking into the dealer in November I can't see them Making me Pay MSRP with zero discounts...there was a recent post alittle up before mine...that some one Posted a Build for a 2017 340i MSRP $58k .. and they obtained a selling price of $53k thats $5,000.00 Discount... Do you believe that this achievable?? and is this what I can expect????
