What would the MF and residual be on a 2017 320i loaner with 7K miles? How would I adjust for that vs a brand new 2017 - for a lease?

New - .00156 and 58% for 36/15

For a loaner with 7000 miles, subtract 4% from the residual and deduct .25 per mile.

There had better be a very large discount from sticker to overcome that adjustment. You're better off leasing new, or finding one with less than 5000 miles (that way, the 4% deduct doesn't apply, just the .25/mile)

It is 30% off MSRP so that's why I am looking into it.

That is correct on the residual adjustment.

30% off might make it a palatable deal.

HI experts. Looking at a 2017 330 GT. Looking for 36 months/12K miles a year. MF, Residual, lease credit all appreciated. Also, should I be looking for a greater than 7% discount on a '17, esp. if it was a "demo/loaner?". I believe I need to make sure the vehicle has under 5K miles to avoid the -4% residual?

Yes, push for a discount close to 15% on the demo/loaner unit.

Yes, anything over 5000 miles will be subject to the residual adjustment, in addition to the per mile adjustment.
