Can you tell me if this is a good deal or not for a lease
    2017 BMW 3-Series 320i xDrive with
    Zip code is 62701
    MSRP $45,870

    Money down $3900
    Rebates $3,000

    Residual $26,665 @ 12k miles

    Money factor .00192

    Selling price $41,000

    Acq. Fee $925

    Adj. Cap Cost $37,167

    Monthly Payment $414

The money factor is marked up the maximum from .00152.
That adds $26/mo.+tax to your payment.
$3900 is a lot to put upfront on a lease.
I also forgot say it was a loaner car i am looking at with 3930 miles. The reason why i was putting the 3900 is to get the payment in the low 400"s.Are they over charging me since it has this many miles
When you consider the upfront money, your actual cost is about $500/mo.
That's too much for a service loaner.
9% discount off MSRP is not enough.
For comparison, I bought a service loaner last month with 4400 miles, and my discount from MSRP, before rebates was 15% off MSRP, and my financing wasn't marked up like yours is.

At a minimum, I'd want that same payment with just $1200 due at signing.
I was able to get them to 1200 down at signing with a payment of 397.58
Congrats! That's over $3200 less than your first quote.

Yes, the 2K is money down. (A little more than I would typically put down on a lease). The rebates include $500 fleet discount, loyalty and $3000 incentive since this is a 2017.

My calculations are within $1 of that quote - if you are comfortable with the discount from sticker, all looks good.

    Hi Michaell,

    I got a quote on a 2017 330i in CA.
    MSRP $40,370

    Drive off
    tax (415),
    license (385)
    registration (80)
    bank fee (925),
    First month payment (395)

    $395 amonth after tax.

Is this reasonable? Or there is still space to negotiate the sale price.

What is the discount can I get usually. 10%~15% off MSRP before any leasing rebate?

Generally, we suggest 7% off MSRP, before incentives. But, folks have been posting deals with much larger discounts. We don't track pricing, so no idea how low you can get.

What sales price is being used to get the $395/mo quote? What is the tax rate?

What lease term and how many miles per year are you looking for?

We suggest you roll the bank fee into the payment.

Thanks for replying. I am quoting 36/10. Sales tax is 9% in CA. And it is 361/m before tax.

So only these for drive off, roughly 1000?
    tax (415),
    license (385)
    registration (80)
    First month payment (395)

Yes... but, to calculate a payment, you need the sale price and adjusted CAP cost.
There is a $3000 lease credit on this model from BMW.

    .00152 and 61%

But, because the car has 6000 miles on it, you have to deduct 4% from the residual and .25 for every mile (another $1500)

    $3000 lease credit

    340i - service loaner with 4149 miles

    36/15 numbers; add 2% for 12K

.00152 and 58% for both models, less .25/mile for the miles under 5000. If more than 5000 miles, then deduct 4% and .25/mile
What's the rule with leasing cars with miles with BMW? Two MB dealers I spoke to said any 2017 CPOs with less than 10K are able to be leased. Does BMW follow something similar?

    Yes.
Generally, to get a good lease on a BMW loaner/demo, the mileage needs to be under 5000. After 5000 miles, the residual goes way down.

The 3 year term will give you a better payment.

I don't see the MSRP listed anywhere on that sheet - was it cropped out?

What lease term and how many miles per year?

    Duh - I see the 36/10 now.

    .00152 and 61%

    $3000 lease credit available.

BMW suspended their MSD program this past spring; however, we have had a few folks report that if you are currently in a BMW lease with MSDs, you can use MSDs on the new lease, as well. However, the per MSD reduction has gone from .00007 to .00005

So you want a true ZERO down deal, the current deal isnt too bad but not too sure if you are going to get the payments too much lower.

Looks like the money factor is marked up to .00172.
    Is the MSRP about $42145?

The base rate of .00152 would knock about $13/mo. off the payment.

    Yes the MSRP is $42125.
If they do bring the payment down $13/month, is it a good deal ?
    Thanks.

    2017 BMW 340i. MSRP $57,150

    15,000 Miles Per Year

SIGN AND DRIVE WITH NJ TAX for $639. Is this a good deal? I don't have selling price or any other breakdown from the dealer.

    Thanks in advance

Without the details, it's hard for us to comment.

But, read back through the last couple of pages of this thread, and see what others have been able to negotiate.

I suspect there is room to improve on the dealer offer.

Get the adjusted cap cost from the dealer, and we can run some numbers.
