End of the month is only a couple of days away. If you are looking to purchase a 2017 model, just remember that supply might be limited in the trim and/or color of your choice. What trim were you looking at? Have you already reached out to dealers in your area? If yes, can you give a break down of pricing you have received?

Your sales price of $26k is about $3500 below invoice. I don't believe you're going to achieve $5500 below invoice incl the incentive - that's probably unrealistic. What, if any, is the amount due at signing that gets you to the 335 payment (looks like 1400)? Also, what is the length and mileage allowance?

We'd all probably understand this better if you get get the detailed breakdown and post it in the leasing discussion.

Thanks for the response. I did some researching on this forum when negotiating price, and lowest I'd seen in the last 2 months was about 22% off MSRP, on a Sport in July in the Southern California area. Maybe I should wait till the 2018s come out? I don't need the car this month.

It's a 36 mo/12K standard lease. My bad for not being clear. The $595 acquisition is rolled into the payment per the calculator, so it's just $821 drive off.

1st month payment before tax: $309
    1st month payment: $335
    Down payment: $0
    Registration and doc fee: $480
Tax on cap cost reduction and fees: $7

I'll go ahead and post the detailed breakdown in the lease forum now.
The bottom line is as long you understand all the numbers and have educated yourself, then it is a win. At the end of the day, if you are happy with the numbers then go for it.

You're about 2400 below invoice factoring in the doc fee - If that's the only one available and that's what you're looking for, seems like a decent deal. Try offering $28.4 OTD to sign the deal immediately - see what they say.

cjloveshonda in the above post has an Indianapolis deal at 2400 under invoice factoring in the 199 doc fee - seems like you should be able to at least do that with the inventory that's available, especially these last couple days of the month.

With the numbers provided, you're probably in the vicinity of 440 a month incl tax with zero due at signing.

Been working on a deal for a 2017 Accord Sport. The best I've found is an MSRP of 26,190 discounted to 21,490 (not including tax, fees, etc.), which I believe is around the invoice price. They estimated about 11% more considering I'm in the Los Angeles area. Sound like a good deal?

Invoice is about $24k on the Sport CVT, so you're about 2500 under - depending on how many are left, you might be able to do better. And yes, TTL here in CA is approx 11%. Lots of Honda dealers in SoCal - get some competition going.

Hello everyone, I'm new to the forum and was looking for help with purchasing a 2017 Accord Coupe EX-L V6. I am in the Philly area, but I am willing to travel anywhere from NY to MD for a great deal.

Lowest offer I received so far is:
    Selling price of car $27,116
    Tax (8%) $2,169.28
    DMV Fee $139
    Doc Fee $166

    OTD $29590.28

Kind of high compared to the rest of the prices I see on this forum. I saw anywhere from 27K to 28,700 OTD. Also, considering that the 2018 rollout is right around the corner should the price be a lot lower? Appreciate any feedback

    Follow up on my inquiry.

A different Indy dealer provided the following:

    Accord Sedan Touring:

    MSRP: 35805
    Invoice 32910
    Sale Price: 30470
    Under Invoice 2440

    Daron

An improvement on your other quote - if you haven't already, don't forget to factor in the doc fee (add to sale price) to get the most accurate "under invoice" number.

If zero due at signing, sounds like a good deal.

What is the initial sale price (lease quote might say agreed upon value), adjusted cap cost, and, if those are accessories you actually want, can you negotiate that 499 down?

    Thanks gmanusmc for the response.

They refuse to give me a hard copy of lease quote. However they did mention they are giving 3000 discount off MRSP( which may include the 2750 lease cash)

They started with 276$/ month with $2000 down payment.
A week long negotiation have given me above numbers.

I have seen someone getting Accprd EX-L for 280$ prolly @ So Cal. So I was not sure Sport SE at the 280$ is good deal or not.

There is no good reason a dealer should not want to share the deal details with you if they are honest. If they are only offering $3k discount incl lease cash, that is a terrible deal - DO NOT SIGN. For anyone here to be able to analyze your deal, we would need the sale price, adjusted cap cost, and the amount due at signing (and, of course, the lease length and mileage - I think you're at 36/12).

this is worrisome; must be hiding something. Since it is the last day of the current incentive period, i suggest you make an offer of 36 payments of 260. Be prepared to walk if they say no. That is a reasonable offer and includes 180 for doc fee and 345 for lic/reg (seems high to me).

Just purchased and XLE AWD with Convenience Package (MSRP of $31,305) that they added at the dealership mudguards, 5 piece mats and tonneau cover. Paid $27,602 to which they added $499 "dealer admin & profit" so lets say $28,102 plus TTL. Happy with the vehicle what are your thoughts?

Can I get the current numbers and any cashback/incentives on 2017 EX-L automatic in Milwaukee, WI? Looking at 36/12 term.

Also, I found a deal online (MKE dealer) on a EX-L hybrid (36/12) for $305 plus taxes, $0 down, only tax, DMV and dealers fee. It seems too good to be true. (https://www.hondacity.net/honda-lease-specials/) Any thoughts?

In the market for a new 2017 Accord V6 EX-L sedan (without navigation and sensing).

Local AL dealer has offered an OTD price of 27854 (includes all tax, fees and $500 Honda financing discount).

reportedly car has some accessories too (mud guards, paint protection, wheel lock, stripes, all weather mats). he will not extra charge for these add ons.

Invoice w/dest charge on this model = $29,220

Your quote if accessories were thrown into deal free are about $2500 below invoice minus this dealers doc fee charge? what are they ? I calculated your sales tax at 4% .

to be sure ......You need to Re- post proper pricing info to complete your question? Get the full pricing breakdown from dealer..

    I need

1- Agreed sales price? Exclude taxes, dealer fee's , 500 Honda discount

2- Dealers doc fee charge? AL has high doc fee's

3- No Accessory charge must be confirmed .

4- Your states sales tax rate

Contact more dealership and shoot for another 1000 if not more off this deal . Is this Florida where your buying?

Your models Invoice price is $24,364. after taking the high doc fee into consideration this deal is $1174 below dealers invoice. Its way below any average pricing from across the country. If EX models are limited so will your savings but that being said................ its a bad deal.

Got it. This is in Northern Virginia. Dealer is in Tysons Corner.

Ive been in contact with 2 of the surrounding dealers and most ive gotten down is $700.

    So looking at $21,474.

If you don’t mind me asking and I’m not sure if you’ll be able to answer either but what a good price range for this model?

Check Pohanka out! Much more aggressive prices than that!
