A new program comes out each month. Sometimes the numbers change, and sometimes they don't. August is three programs from now. They will definitely be different by then.

Sell Price: 49,040 (translates to 10% off MSRP approx)
Residual: 54% on 10K miles
MF = .00004 (LOL, they are marking it up but dont care as effect is $30 or so)

The offer is now $529/mo (actually higher) BUT everything rolled in including tax, doc, fee titles, acquisition and first month, which in my rough calculation is about $3000. A true sign and drive. FYI the oil change interval on the Infiniti turbo is 10,000 miles. I have never paid for my first oil change on an Infiniti, so on a typical lease this is 2 free oil changes.

Residuals are set... money factors can be marked up for extra profit.
But, check the zeroes on your quote.. you might have one in the wrong place.
