Hey guys! I am in the process of leasing a 2017 Q60 2.0t Premium Plus right now. However, the odometer reads 68 miles. Is this normal or would this be considered as a demo car? Thanks!

Hi! Could I get RV and MF for 12/24m and 15k/24m for 2.0T in Maryland area?
Assuming RWD .00003 MF and 51%/49% residual for Base/Premium for 24/15 Add 2% for 24/12.
You keep looking for 24 month lease numbers, but very few models have decent lease programs for that term. If you want to lease, you should probably lease for 36 or 39 months.
For example, this model's residuals only drop by 1% to extend to 39 months. The 39 month payment would only be 60% of the 24 month payment.
Here’s an offer I received last night. Is this a good deal?
2017 2.0t Premium AWD Q60 39 months/12K miles
MSRP: $47,605 Base Cap Cost: $37,842 Dealer Fees: $332.15 Net Base Cap Cost: $41,523.09 RV: $21,898 Money Factor: ? Taxes: 7% (PA) Payment: $495
.00038 and 52%
With your prices, I get $501/mo with tax.
FYI, PA adds a 3% surcharge to the sales tax for leases, making the effective tax rate 10%, which is applied to the monthly payment.
Question - what was added to the base cap cost to get the net base cap cost? About $3700 there.
I have no idea what was added to the base cap. I’m trying to find out. I figured it was additional fees and taxes.
So what you’re saying is PA taxes the monthly payment and not the base cap or sum of payments?
Do you think there’s room anywhere for negotiation on the base cap or elsewhere? It looks like it’s about 20% off MSRP. I’m being told that they’re reaching their bottom line. Others seem to be getting lower payments on higher priced, similar vehicles.

Yes.. PA taxes the monthly payment (10%, in your case) But, any upfront CAP reductions, whether rebates or cash downpayments are taxed upfront. You never mentioned how much is due at signing?

$0 due at signing.
Since MF (0.0003) and RV (47%) can’t be negotiated, would it be unreasonable to expect between 22% - 25% off MSRP? Is there room for the dealer to make money and justify that discount?

Yes.. .00003 MF and 47% is correct (think Michael gave you the 2018 numbers, above). We don't know the Infiniti incentives, so can't really comment on your price. But, you should have an accounting of exactly what's going into your payment.
At 10% tax, the pre-tax payment is $450/mo. That would impute an adjusted CAP cost of about $39,850. Which, of course, doesn't match any of the numbers they gave you.
