Correct on the cap reduction part. Thanks for the replies and suggestions, very helpful. This may be an ignorant question but are you suggesting I negotiate to not pay the upfront cap reduction, roll the bank fee into the monthly payment and keep the same quoted price of 433/month?

No, your payment will be higher if you do those things. The cap reduction alone is $28/mo added to your payment, before tax. The idea is to limit your out of pocket cash.

Be polite and tell them you won't sign a deal where the MF is marked up. They know the base rate.

The MF is .00003, but you quoted .00030 - was that a typo, or was the MF marked up?

The deals are pretty good, right now. MF really won't get any lower, and the residual is only likely to go down as the year progresses. We don't have any visibility into the incentives, which is really the only other place Infiniti has left to sweeten the deal.
