I am working to lease a 2017 Audi A3 Cabriolet 2.0T quattro Premium at 36 months at 12 thousand miles a year. MSRP is $42,855. So far I have been able to negotiate it down to $40,311 with Audicare included. Assuming I get a MF of .00079 and a residual of 56+1%, is that a fair deal? Or should I push for more and shop around other dealers?

Also I am looking to do multiple security deposits too. What's the max deposits I can do and what is the money factor reduction per deposit?

Sorry, I have no idea if you can do better.
With those numbers, I get $492/mo.+tax, assuming all other costs are paid upfront.
I think Audi allows 9 deposits, for a total MF reduction of .00045. (I might be off a little on the details).

A reduction of .00045 would save about $29/mo.+tax off the payment.

Looks like a 36/10 lease, with that residual.

Base MF is .00097 - either it's marked up a whole lot or they haven't run your credit and quoting a high number, to be safe.

Could you provide numbers for Residual and MF for for 2017 A3 P/P+ FWD 36mo/10k and 36mo/7.5k? The residual is the same for P/P+, only changes from 10k to 7.5k miles per year? Also do packages like Convenience Package on the Premium model change the residual percentage?
