When you say "buying out" your current lease, what does that mean, exactly?

New Jersey. 

I was under the the impression that the dealer was completing the final 5 payments on my current lease of $537 each. 

I called and asked about this and he said they are treating my current lease from them as a trade in. Does that make sense because it's confusing me. I am going to call again and ask for clarification but I was hoping for a sanity check here.

The dollar residual amount quoted is 53%, even though the number above it is 52%.

The money factor is marked up for extra profit.

The capped fees is the acquisition fee
What is the $749 aftermarket for?
Total taxes is just for informational purposes. It's the total sales tax you pay upfront and over the life of the lease.
The payment is exact, using the marked up money factor. The markup is adding about $18/mo. to the payment.
The $1500 is 1st payment + lic/reg/upfront fees + $455 CAP reduction

Looks like a pretty good deal. If you could get them to use the base MF, it would be even better.
But, what is that $749 for? (that plus the money factor markup add up to $1400.. that's a lot)

Thank you very much for your help. I've been in the 300-400/month range for my Infiniti G35/37xs over past few years and I just thought this was way to high for a car that MSRP is cheaper. I guess infinti just has better deals and the MF is a lot lower.

In general, Audis do not lease as well as either Infiniti or BMW

You should be able to get $400 (maybe less) on a Q50 - I'm seeing some big discounts from sticker posted
