Shortly after, got a phone call from a Brand Specialist (the person im currently dealing with) to confirm that they would send me a quote, etc., which is what i pasted above

Gone back and forth a few times to try and get a sense of why there is a 1K difference between the two cars or if they are even the same car.

If you request the VIN numbers, you should be able to tell if it is the same car or not.

Keep in mind, you aren't actually getting the federal tax credit. Audi gets the credit and then gives you a customer rebate (which, as noted, is used as a CAP cost reduction).

I have just started searching and am noticing a few things... I'd like my payment to be around low to mid 4's for a lease, so I figured an A4 was out of the question. I recently got numbers for an A3 Quattro S tronic w/ Sport pckg.
MSRP: $39,350
Discount : $3350 + $500 -> $35,500
No $$ down, 36mo.,12k/yr -- $489/mo; 42mo., 12k/yr $477/mo.
Residual: 55%

MF is marked up; base rate is .00055 this month.

With your prices, and the base MF, I get $416/mo plus tax for 36/12

42/12 numbers are .00075 and 51%, and a payment of $409/mo plus tax
