But with your your calculations of 55% Res. and base MF for 36/12 (before tax) you came up with 416/mo. So your number of $416 (before tax), plus my tax, it should be $446/mo, correct?

I agree with .00055 and 55% residual for 36/12. Quattro, right? Residual percentage is applied to the MSRP, not the CAP cost. So, start your calculations over with the correct residual. ($21,642.50, assuming MSRP of $39,350)

If this is the Quattro Prem or Prem +, I show 56% for 36/10. MF is correct at .00055, however.
Using your MSRP and $39,562 as the cap cost (selling price plus all taxes and fees rolled in, no cap reduction), I get $467/mo
What does the $1720 cover?
Our recommendation is to only pay the first payment and DMV costs up front; roll all the other taxes and fees into the lease.
I am looking for the March MF and Residual values for 2017 Audi A3 Premium with Convenience Package in the Miami Area. The terms would be 15k / 36 Months and 15k / 48 months. The MSRP is $34030 and would also like to know what is the normal % off MSRP.

Hey everyone, thanks for giving us such useful info.
Was offered this on an A3 quattro P+ (no packages):
MSRP 39000 Discount 4451.05 "Rebate" (I think an employer discount for me) 500 Selling Price 34048.95
GA Tax (?I think ~7%) 2481.01 Dealer/State Fees 646 Total price 37175.96
Residual 56% I haven't asked for the money factor yet.
10k/36mo No money down
$495/month
Based on my calculations they have to be inflating the MF. I also am planning on refusing dealer/state fees. Any advice for me?? Thank you!
.00055 and 56%
With your prices, I get $458/mo.
Yes, likely the MF is marked up. Tell them you won't sign a deal where the MF is inflated.
Michaell thanks so much. Do you mind explaining how you got this number? Here's what I get from an online calculator using your quoted MF/Res (I believe GA tax is paid up-front):

$750 marketing allowance and $500 conquest incentive
Hello, Can you take a look at this offer (3 yr lease/36K miles)? They are currently at 10% off MSRP however I think the MF is marked up. Do you see anything else? Do you think I could I get them to reduce the cap by applying the $750 marketing allowance and the $500 conquest fee? We have currently a leased BMW 328i which lease is expiring in April. And do you think I could get them to discount the price by an additional 1-2%?
Hello, I just received an initial quote for an A3 in Northern California (Sac). Does this look fair or should I try to negotiate any of this down? My wife is T1 credit.

MF is marked up a touch from the base of .00055, but the 10% discount is pretty strong - we tell folks to shoot for 6%. Guaranteed that discount includes the available incentives.
You can push for the base MF, but be prepared to sacrifice some of the discount to get it.
