If the selling price is the adjusted CAP cost, then $411/mo.+tax
The marketing allowance is a dealer incentive. Use that knowledge to negotiate a lower selling price.
Loyalty/Conquest: Loyalty is if you have an Audi Conquest is if you have a Mercedes/BMW/Infiniti/Lexus/Acura

Seems high. If we assume that your $1883 equity in your trade covers inception fees (first payment, $895 acquisition, title/dealer fees), then with a $32500 sale price, the payment would be $415/mo.+tax.
That's not a very high MSRP, but $1800 discount seems reasonable, considering the $1000 incentive. Not sure of your tax rate, but I think they have $30/mo. to play with. (and, that's with zero out of pocket, other than your trade)

After giving you a very aggresive discount. If you do have an Audi or another highline luxury brand that is newer than 2005 you will also get another $500 incentive.

Again, need to know what the $1500 covers.
And, the adjusted cap cost.
You want them to be transparent with the numbers; if they refuse, it may be time to find another dealer.

Acquisition Fee:$895 Doc fee: $395 First Payment : $407, DMV: $300-400 on this particular quote that we gave you there is no adjusted cap cost. It was first structured with state tax and fees dues at signing, after your request was adjusted with the $1500 total due at signing with still includes your first payment.

Our suggestion is to limit the up front cash to the first payment and DMV costs only - roll the acquisition and doc fees into the lease.
Payment will go up, but you won't be risking as much money up front. Will add about $35-45/mo to the payment

Hi. I'm not sure if you have the June numbers yet for Audi. I'm interested in the June MF and residual for a 2017 Audi A3 Premium Plus (with the tech package) for 36 months and 15k miles per year in South Florida. Thank you!!!
Getting out of my first lease, and looking for suggestions on how to get the best deal possible on a new one. Turning in is a wonderful A4 Premium S-line package, absolutely mint with the exception of 2 front tires that need to be replaced. It has 36,000 miles.
Looking into a fully loaded A3 Quattro S tronic (wife wants smaller car). When I say fully loaded, I'm almost certain it has every option. Cosmos blue metallic paint, Premium Plus package, Tech package, carbon fiber package, LED package, B&O sound. Base $34,200, with options $45,855.
Minor bait and switch game played on the lease offer tag hanging in the window. Stated "3 year lease $995 down, $399 a month". I knew that was too good to be true.
Here is what they offered; Apparently there is a dealer incentive on this particular vehicle.
MSRP 45,855 Res 54.00% Lease end $24,761.70 36 months 10k per year Money factor 0.00034 Sales tax $1,241.14 Initial Cap Cost $39,848.31 Bank fee financed 895.00 Total add cap costs 895.00 Cash Cap reduction 1,890.00 Rebate (think its loyalty) 500.00 Adjusted cap cost 38,353.31 Doc/Insp 97.50
$399 a month $3627.64 due at inception.........far cry from the $995 hanging in the window.
While the salesperson went to the manager to try crop the 3627 out of pocket I realized that I had yet to have it inspected for turn in. As stated before the old car is in such good condition they offered to buy it from me directly instead of using the inspection service/finance company (but I had to pay for the tires.....seems to me if they were going to buy the car, they would absorb that).
Is there any fat that can be trimmed anywhere that can save me from putting so much down up front and try to stay in the NEIGHBORHOOD of 400 a month? Also looking to go from 10k to 12k per year. Live in NY.

Assuming this is a Quattro, the lease numbers are .00034 and 53% for 36/12
I show $1000 marketing allowance and $500 loyalty
You are at 13% off sticker for your initial cap cost, which is a solid price.
We suggest you add the taxes and fees to the initial cap, and only pay the first payment and DMV costs at signing.
Find out the payoff and trade value of the A4 - you might be getting lowballed there.
Every $1000 you add to the cap cost will add $28/mo to the payment

Sales tax $1,241.14
Initial Cap Cost $39,848.31
Bank fee financed 895.00
Total add cap costs 895.00
Cash Cap reduction 1,890.00
Rebate (think its loyalty) 500.00
Adjusted cap cost 38,353.31
Doc/Insp 97.50
Live in NY.
Thank you very much in advance!

I'd appreciate the RV/MF on a 2017 Audi A3 2.0 TFSI Premium!
Looks like there's also a $500 loyalty/conquest offer, but I'm not sure if I qualify for that?
What term and mileage?
Do you have an Audi? If not, no loyalty.
Most luxury makes qualify for conquest, if you own one.

I do not have an Audi and don't have anything to trade-in at the moment. Is there anything else I can avail of?
Looking for the money factor and residual on a 2017 A3 Quattro Premium trim out of Connecticut. Both 10k and 12k @ 36 months please!
Thanks in advance
