That's not a full percentage of the MSRP, in either case.
Unless it's a demo with existing mileage, the residual has to be a full percentage of the MSRP.
So, one of those numbers is wrong. And, 36/10 residual is definitely 52%

There are no published lease programs for the 2017 GTI

There is no lease program from VW Credit for the 2017 GTI; dealers are free to use 3rd party banks who still have programs active. But, we won't have those numbers to confirm.
