A stately thirties Packard alongside the 50 Olds convertible two back from the Packard- is that a Studebaker from the immediate post war range - say about 1946?
I had the same suspicion and I did a search using several likely terms with no result. But since you had the same thought I suspect you're right. Sorry about that.
I like the copper color of the 60 Ford. I saw a 64 Olds 88 Holiday coupe in a similar color with a white top and thought the color combination was sharp.

I think I said it before, but I don't remember ever seeing that color on a 1960 Ford in our area when I was a kid in high school. We had a new 1960 Ford in a blue-green color. Basic low model.
I get a feeling the oldie next to the 60 Ford is a ~37-38 Chevy. There's another oldie down the line between the apparent 59 Fords - I am reasonably sure it is a 37-38 Dodge or Plymouth. Dark red car at far left maybe a 53-54 Plymouth.
Speaking of 60 Fords, it seems like 75% of them in period pics are in Fairlane or lower trim. I wonder if the big bubble window was seen as something cool and modern.
That's what I'd have guessed but it's a 1956 Jaguar XK-140 FHC. I've never been able to tell a 140 by looking. Changes from the earlier XK-120 included an enlarged interior, rack and pinon steering and other mechanical improvements.
I was surprised to learn that the Fixed head Coupe versions of the XK-140 far out sold the other versions:
FHC- 839 OTS (roadster)-73 DHC-480. Only 295 FHC XK-120s were made so if it has a "tin" roof, it's likely an XK-140.
I think the Fhc version would have sold better in our market - the home market was not available as we needed the exports - we were broke - so most XK 120s went to foreign climes at first but by the time they got to the 140 it was sold in UK and we don't have the California climate ....
The popularity of "ragtop"roadsters in the UK has always been a mystery to me given the rainy weather you often have. OTOH sports car fans in sunny Italy often favor coupe bodywork.
In parts of Italy it is too hot in the summer for the soft top - and the North has snow in winter so they probably suffer then too.
I ran an MGB roadster for the whole period from 1989 to 2000 as my only car (the Magnette was laid up for that period in Wales) and I found the open top was fine except in the depts of winter although I did tend to arrive at the office a little drenched some mornings if the hood leaked more than usual !
I gave up and got a small Fiat hatchback when I needed to save money and buy a house and a few years later got a company car again thereafter.
Always had a bad back with the MGB though - not the seat - just the climb out...
I owned one convertible in my life and found that, as the saying goes, the juice was not worth the squeeze, in that case, the noise, shakes, rattles and general loose-feeling structure. I suspect today's versions are better.
Another that I'm unsure whether it was posted previously or not. This one is from Omaha (we seem to get a lot of Omaha parking lot pics here) no earlier than the spring of 1969.
Lower right is a pair of VWs, an earlier Beetle with cloth sunroof and a Karmann-Ghia Coupe. A silver Datsun Sports (2000?) next to it w aftermarket hard. top.

edit-just found out that 'batwing Chevy' also applies to the dual quad setup on the '57, because of the shape of the air cleaner housing...

The 2 door Volvo in the second row up between a Caprice and a Mustang catches my eye.
