Actually, the only numbers out for 5-series this month are for the GT models.

But, assuming all 5-series will have the same numbers,
.00136 MF and 67% residual.

36 month numbers are just 6% less, and will result in a much lower payment. BMW isn't really supporting 24 month leases.

.00134 MF and 61% residual for 2017 models.

If there is a redesign coming, it's probably going to be a 2018 model.

That's probably the 2018. The 2017 models are already on the lots.

Hello, the 2017 5 series sedan is actually the brand new one that will be available next month. The pricing/order guide has been available for a while. Looking forward to see what kind of lease deals will they have.

2017 5 Series arrived in showrooms on 1/24/17. I put my order in for 540xi. was wondering if anyone is getting any discounts on this car yet. I got dealer down $2500 off msrp.

My dealer is using a MF of 0.00174 (!) and not offering any discount off MSRP for a 540i xDrive because of how new/limited the car is. Any advice??

That may not work ... yet. It will cost you to have the newest / latest / greatest model. Let the inventory build up before shopping and you might get more favorable numbers.

And, if there is a lot of 2016 inventory still available, dealers will make the 2017's less desirable to promote clearing out the old stock.

Tell them you just test rode the audi a6, have no problems ordreing that car and leave your phone number and walk out. They will call you back. I was discounted 6% including corporate fleet discount. 71,000 went to 68,000 then to 66000 with fleet discount.

Does BMW do 48 month leases? Do they make sense? What would be the residual and MF for 10K miles on. 540 x drive?  Thanks.

48 month leases are available. They aren't recommended, however, as the residuals are pretty poor.

36 months is the sweet spot for BMW.

Hate to be a bother but any word on the MF/RV on the 530e iPerformance xDrive (36/12)? If not, hopefully March they'll be out since my dealer's telling me I can order the car...but he doesn't know the MF/RV...makes no sense to me.
