I don't have the specific MF for MA, but I see a range between .00005 and .00054 in other parts of the country.

Toyota numbers are very regional. I've seen expirations dates of 12/5 for some regions.

The program is valid through Monday, 12/05.

So, new program on Tuesday, and it will likely be different, but residuals won't change.

The numbers we quote are from Toyota Financial. They should be the same within the same region, but the dealer can mark up the MF for extra profit.
