This offer works if you buy. When you lease you're eligible for $800 lease cash (as long as it's not hybrid model). Thanks for all the info in this forum

Yep, I did that with my Jetta lease and the MF was .00005. I think it added a buck or two to the payment.

Bank fee is the same as the acquisition fee

Monthly rental is the rent charge (aka interest) on the lease

I'm within pennies of the quoted payment; if you are comfortable with the selling price, all else looks good.

We would, however, suggest you eliminate the cap reduction - that money is at risk if the car is stolen or totaled.

my credit score is good. however i do feel that some how the dealer extracted credit score is coming to 732 (i presume mine shld be much higher). he says thats affecting the calculations. any workaround to that? the car thats for 219 plus CA tax lease special, is coming to me for 260. he says it could be 20 bucks lower pm if my credit score would be higher. (same calculations i shared in my earlier post on the rav4 lease).
any ways to negotiate on this?

There is something known as the "Auto Enhanced" FICO score, which places more weight on your past automotive credit history. If you don't have one, that would hurt the score.

That said, 732 is more than high enough for tier 1 credit from Toyota - dealer might be marking it up on you a bit for more profit.

A dealer in Southeast Florida (Ft Lauderdale area) told me that the Rav 4 Limited has a residual of 67% and a money factor of .00173 for good credit (assume means tier 1). Both of these numbers sound high. I know you don't have reliable numbers for my area, but wondering if any of this even sounds credible. Wanted to get your opinion. Thanks

SE Toyota does tend to have higher residuals and MF than the rest of the country.

Don't often see dealers mark up the MF.
