The same depreciation, spread out over three more months, will result in a lower monthly payment, even with the additional finance charges. Probably $15/mo. lower, more or less.

I agree with the .00002 MF and 53% residual.

Subtracting those numbers from the lease price, I get $246/mo.+tax

But, you need the adjusted CAP cost. That would have the acquisition fee and any other amounts that they have added.

Using $27,299 as the cap cost, the payment is $328/mo.

I thought Indiana taxed the monthly payment - ask the dealer how they got to the $27,299 number from the selling price.

Lease cash is a factory to dealer incentive; dealer can choose to pass that along to the customer.

Likely that incentives are included in the $22K price, but the dealer will have to confirm.
