I'm looking for 2017 auto sport mazda 6 24/10k.
Was quoted MRSP 23870, sale price of 17640 (with incentives) aquision fee of 595, Doc fee + license 250+68.
Nothing down at signing.
Total monthly is $256.
My calculations bring me to $230

Am I wrong ?

Are you rolling in the first payment, as well? (actually $0 at signing?)

Correct... I kept shopping dealers till they paid off my lease and would take it on a trade. Even if they could get get with in a few hundred dollars of payoff... would save taxes and not have to pay Toyota the 350 lease turn in fee.

Thank you Michael! I'm in Los Angeles and believe the tax rate is 9.5%, which would be 257+24.41 = 281 post tax, so not sure where they're getting the 299 post tax. Either way seems like an ok deal for the 6 with moonroof/bose package, no?

Only way to improve it is to get a lower selling price.
