    Lease cash is $2590; that is not dependent on the lease term.

    Is this realistic to get this $200 or less with zero down?

    Michaell, I got pay off amount from bank and than I checked black book and your TMV ,, dealer can sell it with around 2000usd of profit from price they will pay off my old lease and buy the car vs what they will sell the car for, that is 2K I want to use as my equity . MSRP of car I want is 31710 but dealer advertise these cars for 6K off MSRP.

    The dealer will not give you the retail price as the trade value.

    I'm sorry to say you will be lucky not to owe anything if you trade it in.

    And, be advised that the $6K discounts you are seeing may include incentives that are only good if you buy the car, not lease.

    Michaell , fully understood, so far I have done it many times in the past , got out of a lease when cars had equity value left in them and did not pay any down payment and got great lease rates with zero out of pocket for new vehicle .

    That residual cannot be correct. The residual for this model is 52% of MSRP for 36/10.
    And, while they've added a $699 processing fee, I see no mention of the $595 acquisition fee.

    That's the 24 month residual.
    Seems cheap, until you amortize an extra $3000 over only 24 months, then realize that your actual monthly cost is well over $400.
