    2850 is the manufacturing discount. 700 dealer discount. Totaling 3550. Isn't it right? And Dealer told me cash up front covers title and registration fees. How much do u think would be the ideal deal?

    Yes, that's the money factor for top tier credit. Lower tiers have higher money factors

    Please note that you asked for the 2017 model, originally, not 2017.5
    You might consider the 33 month term on this model. Residuals are 4% higher than 36 month term.

    $358/mo.+tax... I get the same payment
    Money factor is marked up from .00001, but that's only a $3.50/mo. bump.
    Negative equity is adding $88/mo. to the payment.

    The deal is fine. If I had that much negative equity, I would keep driving what I have.

    I’d like to revise my question to ask for MF, residual, and lease cash on a 2017.5 version of the Mazda 6 Touring Automatic in NJ.  I am looking for 36 month / 12 k term but Is there a better residual on 33 month in NJ as well? Would that come with a 33k mile allowance?

    .00010 MF and 48% residual is correct for 36/10
    $2325 lease cash

    MSRP = $26,120?
    With tax, DMV/doc added, you'd need an adjusted CAP of about $23,600 to get that $311/mo. payment, with just first payment due at signing.

    Looks like an okay deal, given the amount of lease cash.
