Can you please provide current residual, MF and lease cash incentives for a Touring with Premium and Moonroof packages, 36/10, Automatic, in Minneapolis, MN.

I'm also seeing $2,000 cash back and another $500 off for returning Mazda customers ($24,941 final price). This seems like a good deal but I'm wondering how often Mazda offers these kinds of incentives and if this is worth jumping on before the end of the month.
